I'd say 2010-2013 for sure - Definitely miss how simple and good life was back then - worked 2nd shift at the time so there were so many nights where it was nothing but me, my hobbies, and the golden age of youtube to pass time. Looking back, I wouldn't trade it for anything.

I remember in 8th grade I was introduced to EDM. Dubstep was the first I ever got into, thanks to a old friend.
He taught me how to dance to it and a couple months later we did a talent show together. Ever since then I have always loved dancing to Dubstep.

I’ve realised this massively recently back in those times we had no social media and all this shit that the kids have today, we see to much information nowadays that’s why everyone is depressed and yearning for those times, when your that age we had no responsibility’s and worry’s just living in the moment and being happy, when you turn into an adult you realise the world is full of hate and is a pretty toxic place to live in, your parents lie to you through out your childhood just to keep you happy in the time your a child, nowadays the kids are exposed to too much information and bad shit it’s no looking good for the future generations

This song came to me in a time in my life, along with the Mt Eden "Still Alive" Remix, when I was playing a ton of League of Legends and Mirror's Edge, and a buddy of mine, Daniel, introduced me to raving, the electronic music scene in general, Tripp pants, and making kandi. When I think of how dubstep is perceived by a lot of folks nowadays, I always grin and shake my head a bit because this "era" of the genre is how I remember it most bright and vivid. This music, this culture, these vibes and that era defined a part of my life, and were a backdrop to the bond I have with my best friend in the world. Legendary.
