  • AIR FRYER NO KNEAD BREAD
    Crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. This recipe is a NO KNEAD method and ferment the dough in the fridge for 18hours. Cold temperature delays the fermentation of the dough up to 48 hours. During this process, the yeast produces flavorful complex resulted to tastier bread.

    I had to reduced the amount of water due to 80% humidity in my country (Malaysia) and also the flour. I had 160g water for the same amount of flour. Anyway, thank you for the recipe and its my first time baking with air fryer. Goes very well. Thank you.

    I have to say …that does not look like a 1/4 tsp yeast …it looks more like 1 teaspoon

    Many thanks, you've inspired me to buy an air fryer! That looks just like the crunchy, extra sourdough bread made by the Toscano's bakery in San Francisco. At 200* C equates to roughly 400* F, correct?

    I prefer my artisan bread at 75% hydration, so I dropped the water down to 169 gms., delicious with a nice open crumb... thanks for sharing.

    I got not long-ago glass door (not french door) air fryer. My 1st bread into a ceramic loaf pan did not turn out well. The bottom was raw, and the top is brown. Only tin bakeware good.
