The Shadow Boost mod seems pretty good. Any recommendation how to configure it? Which values? Or just go with the "standard" values? I read a couple of times, "you need to configure it correct" But I didnt found out, which values are "good".
Do you recommend installing the Unofficial Patch mod? I've read it's not absolutely necessary and has some issues of its own. Also, what difference is there between the Achievements mod and the Achievements Mods Enabler mod?
Great video! Not sure if you are into the hardcore survival aspect of Fallout 4 but I'd love to see a video of a more hardcore survival mod list for it.

Better to preview the performance in the notorious areas such as the Combat Zone in the city and not in the middle of Concord that has relatively few draw calls. Corvega factory is also a good area to test since it also has high draw calls (both of which benefit from mods such as Previsibines Repair Pack). Testing performance in Concord is like testing a cleaning product on a completely clean surface.
Since the Update a few days ago Tesedit 4 no longer works , so how do we clean our mods as well as the DLCs ?
I added most of these today and got literally no change. Is that likely due to SE needing to be updated?

Hey dude, do you have any tips and tricks to get my fps to be better? since i really want to go back to FO4, And i remember it working on my pc. but now, i get like 10 fps indoors, so can you help with any mods or give me any mods that will help me out in optimizing the game? idc if the game looks poor, as long as i can see things and get stable fps. im happy.
I just recently know that I have to use mods to fix the high fps issue with higher fresh rate monitor.. very surprised me that this game doesn't have the vysnc option in the setting..

@@sam2697 no can’t get the mods to work this guide is good but still can’t figure out why they arnt working for me. Give up tbh hope they just fix it soon then I can go back to playing 130 fps without the speed up glitch.

i load my game and my fps is uncapped but the physics mod did nothing

What i do is: I have multiple computers, i figured i have atleast 2 steam accounts, one i keep clean, the other i go full mods experiences, so i dont loose my classic ways.

how to create modded exe for game?
I'm here because I decided to install Fallout 4 for the first time in several years and in the game I'm over 100 fps on the loading screens, but the second I get into the game I'm in the 20's and low 30's. It baffles me that I am able to run Starfield on max settings and get over 60 fps steady but for some reason it is complete shit in Fallout 4. My GPU is a Radeon RX 7900 XT and I'm playing on a 4k monitor with 144hz.
Where is free faster loading screen mod? This seems to want payment and im not paying it.

High FPS physics fix messes with the game something awful. That and Loading times need some refinement. The author needs to tweak more to get the game working properly. When shooting something the bodies sometimes go flying all over the place.

Huge mistake using nexus mod manager
This is Vortex, NMM and MO2 are no longer supported. This is the correct MM to use. Vortex is better for Bathesda games. The guy who made MO2 quit supporting it to go make Vortex instead, and that's the recommended MM by Nexus Mods itself. It's regularly updated to support it's games better.
Anyone hating on Vortex is ignorant on the subject. Seriously, do some research. The only benefit to using MO2 is that you are allowed to participate in the circle jerk on Reddit.
@@TheDouglas717 I don't know where you heard MO2 is no longer supported, but that is not true at all. While it is true that Tannin42, the lead dev of MO2, helped in Vortex's development, MO2 is *not* abandoned, and is still actively maintained by a team of open source developers. It is still very much an option and I would personally recommend it as someone who used Vortex for 5+ years before finally making the switch to MO2 in 2020. Switching has saved me many headaches since then -- the UI is a dream compared to Vortex's more-user-friendly-but-ultimately-clunkier-and-slower-over-time UI. MO2 is far better at managing conflicts and uses a VFS to keep your game folder clean, among many other benefits. MO2 may look more intimidating at first, but once you start using it for a few minutes you'll get the hang of it way quicker than you may think. A lot of the flame war surrounding "which mod manager is best" is fueled by a lack of understanding on both sides. Many of the people I've heard arguing for or against a given mod manager have not even tried the other option. As stated previously, I was a religious Vortex user for a long time, but finally gave MO2 a try and never looked back. It's just better for me.
