This much hands on experience and investers madhukarreddy started many business like cornerstone, maxrange pvt lumited, with these two concepts many experienced people are got jobless, due to lack of knowlwdge. i am one of them,these companies offered more salary compare to others, many talanted and dedicated people leave there jobs and joined in my smart shop concept, that was failed, at that situation people like me suffered more. So start business with long term goals and business mans see the families of people job less beacuse if your wrong concepts.
