Exactly right. However, Jimmy Fallon still has BY FAR the most annoying fake laugh of any late nigh talk show host. So annoying that it is almost cringeworthy. The only way I would watch Jimmy Fallon for an hour is if someone has a gun to my head, so I am ok with him getting canned, because he simply sucks.
But, I do agree that Fallon is soooooo consumed by wanting everyone to like him that it even alienates is cupcake staffers.
You know, a while ago I thought Fallon was the crappiest talk show host ever! But then Colbert and Kimmel said "Hold my beer!".

THIS WHOLE episode was the best one EVAH even including “Red Eye”!!! It was SO HILARIOUS I watched it 3 X’s back to back!! My sides ache so bad!!! I ❤️❤️❤️ this one!! And David ‘s deadpan delivery is such the PERFECT foil for Greg on this rendering! Kat & Tyrus raised the pitch to perfect and the double entendres were flying!!!! SO exquisite!
