Basically the whole purpose of villains are being psychotic while killing someone AND look hot while they’re doing that
some ppl keep misunderstanding allmight, he just wanted to protect izuku cuz he knows how dangerous it is to be a hero without a quirk, plus, did you see the exam entrance robots? they were massive. Someone without a quirk couldn't have defeated it.

What made All Might's speech to Deku so impactful isn't because what he said is wrong. In the eyes of All Might, he's worried that Deku will die since he's quirkless. We also must note this is All Might in his injured state meaning he understands the danger. Deku however doesn't know that All Might is injured and in his eyes sees All Might as a Hypocrite. This also broke the last strand of hope Deku had. Like having a Dream you stored up for Years get shattered in yah face.
Ofc making the Choice to *BECOME A VILLAIN* is up to the Person themselves and Deku could of lived a Normal Life. However, going off that would be faulty. We both know the main problem is Society. World Peace cannot be made, and Corruption is forever present. Let's go over some villains:
- Shigaraki was mistreated by his father, looked away by people when he ask for help and the only one who even gave him a hand is the Devil himself (All for One)
- Toga became the way she is is because her Parents were terrible at actually helping her control her quirk, instead of actually HELPING EASE THE BLOOD ADDICTION, they sent her off to get corrected which was the most poorest choice ever. That's like sending a Lesbian to a Correction Camp... *FULL OF WOMEN!* We both know where that'll be going
- Dabi alone doesn't see Heroes in a good light coming off the fact a HERO being his Father literally brought his own Wife into insanity, most of his siblings into despair. Didn't help with the fact Dabi quirk malfunction at the wrong time.
- Deku (Villain) is a Quirkless individual. Quirkless people are treated like trash, and never gotten help from anyone besides Inko and most likely the villains themselves. This means that *The only friends Deku ever made that weren't overly toxic were legit the Villains themselves*
- Twice was doing pretty well until a driving accident happened where he followed the speeding limit and obey all laws however he got a criminal record and got fired. He became Homeless, Alone, and gained Depression. He then made clones of himself and became a villain. However, the clones backfired on themselves and generally gave the man overbearing levels of severe dissociative identity disorder.
Now let's see how to fix/save each
1. Shigaraki - Someone help him. LITERALLY THAT WAS IT!!! If a Hero had came to help him, he actually would of not become a menace of society
2. Toga - Literally all she needed were better parents who can teach her how to control her overall blood addiction. Her original parents didn't do that which is like leaving the water running and wondering why the water bill is so high.
3. Dabi - *Endeavor...* beat that father's A$$ for GOD SAKE! Also let's be real here the more easier option is getting Dabi some better parents. Honestly Endeavor F'ed up
4. Deku - Straight up just support him. He just wanted to prove people wrong and showed the world a quirkless individual can become a Hero. Maybe if say Aizawa for example found him, and trained him, then Deku would of probably become an excellent individual.
5. Twice - Honestly speaking Twice case is the hardest to fix since it's more financial. All he needed was some actual help, a home, some friends, etc. With a Criminal record ofc, he can't really get most jobs which is the problem.

In my opinion a way for bakugo to pay for his actions is not to become a hero. His stupid view of what a hero should be is what caused him to become this.
He view people with weak quirks as loser, belittle them and doesnt inspires people at all.
Who going to be inspire to become a hero when the hero who is fighting the villian is yelling d*e.
