- Learn how to make a fabric face mask at home easy with this DIY fabric face mask with cotton cloth. Since this cotton cloth face mask DIY is not a surgical mask design, you can use any fabric you like to make this cloth mask making ideas. You can also modify the size of this cloth mask DIY to make you more comfortable with this fabric face mask DIY. If you don’t have a sewing machine to DIY sew fabric face mask, you can always hand sew fabric mask or hand stitch face mask. Cloth mask making at home and cotton fabric mask making at home is so easy and fun for beginners!
No pattern required.
Measurements:
Fabric x 2 9"by 7"
Elastic 7" length 1/4" wide ( please note if you would like the mask a tighter fit i would suggest go on 6.5" length.

Hi, just out of interest can I ask why you are using a different sewing machine rather than the Brother AE2500 you have used previously. I have just bought the AE2500 and was looking for videos of people using it and found you. Is it not very good?

The reason I'm using a different machine is because I got this one brought for me as a gift. I still have the Brother machine which I still find an excellent machine. There is nothing wrong with the Brother AE2500. If you need any help let me know

Which measurements can i use for children?ages(5-9)
For an adult size mask, cut 1 fabric rectangle 16″ long and 8.5″ wide. Cut 2 pieces of elastic, each 7″ long. Or, cut 4 fabric ties 18" long. For a child-size mask, cut 1 fabric rectangle 14″ long and 6.5″ wide.
These are measurement I have googled as I have not made children's masks before. Thanks
