If I had to choose being able to actually HEAR and comprehend what's going on in the song, versus a bunch of Rick Flair impersonators yelling "WHOOOO" on every note and phrase....hey, call me a hater. 😂😂🤣🤣
I would take Texas Southern over Prairie View. Similar sized band but Texas knows how to use their arrangements to build sound versus just trying to sound like 300. Although PV had some nice moments

@fabionwilson6992 and that's how u prove a biased hate, unfounded. FAM didn't play any marches, played old school, funk, hip-hop and r&b. And they played it all at a level of excellence. Again, I want to ENJOY music, not be beat and tortured in my ears by it. There's a BIG difference, and it's CLEAR. But you good though. Take that nap while the 💯 outplays, outmarches, and outdances yall. Yall loud tho....WHOOOOOO!! WHOOOOO!! WHOOOO!!!

FAMU played more of the song, PV game me more a bunch of drums and tubas with a few loud cords here and there. Given this, I give FAMU the win.
😂😂 what are yall hearing. Not hating but I don’t get it. PV didn’t sound good 🤦🏾♂️ I marched in the 💯 and JSU has the best arrangement if y’all want to talk about “pushing”. Songs sound good when it matches your bands instrumentation! If you are a smaller band stop trying to sound like yall have 300! It will not sound good.
