Only in the beginning of pile 1 my mind has always been chaotic and you're so right now i'm changing up my habits and routines and prioritizing what i need instead of hiding in comfort behind my coping mechanisms and habits it's hard but i believe down the line will be worth it i can feel it! i don't care on pleasing others if they get bother with me priotizing my needs to bad i got to for 23 years (my age now) i always worried over pleasing others, not taking up space and always trying to make things easier for others in determent of myself but i'm done that has been making me depressed and anxious/stress all the time when i'm not escaping in my mind might as well create that reality in the 3D word.
