Contemporary Marching Band - Grade 3-4
The signature hit from rock band AC/DC, this stadium crowd-pleaser is sure to pump up the team and the crowd. The famous guitar riff can be played on a synthesizer or mallet percussion.

this is incredible! but i wish it was longer
It’s because marching band songs cants be as long as concert songs since when they March in a parade they usually lay these songs multiple times
This is awesome arrangement my old high school band should play this
I wish my french city band had enough level to play this, I would have so much fun playing this

Can you guys start writing for soprano sax?
No one uses soprano sax for marching band. Also just play the clarinet or tenor sax parts
@@FastnOut alot of people play soprano sax for marching band, what are you on about💀
@@user-zl2ih7tb5w usually for solos. Also it's not a very common instrument for a general marching band setting.
@@FastnOutnot saying you’re wrong but where are you from? Almost every band I’ve seen marches it
@@austinchapman7863 Buckeye, AZ. Our school has a couple of sopranos but we never used them for marching before our band director doesn't like the sound. And I have seen the soprano sax being used at a competition once but it was just for a solo
This is when y'all want to put synths in y'all's arrangements?
They've added synths to a few songs before
@@FastnOut When? I'm actually interested. One thing I always hated was that they would sell full "shows", and they would barely have front ensemble.
@@JacobieHumphrey check holding out for a hero from Matt Conaway. It has a optional piano synth part
@@JacobieHumphrey and about that full front ensemble part, these are usually written for small bands in mind. Sometimes they have full front ensemble if it's a performance arrangement. They usually have bells/vibes doubled and marimba/xylophone doubled.
They're mainly written for pep bands
Me wondering when Hal Leonard started making banger better than arrangers publishing company
Was cool until I heard a guitar
breh
Can you put it on jazz ensemble. That’s fire
