Being Bold and humble for christ is like being a celebrity in heaven. Its like celebrities on earth. Celebrities are popular so they arent embarassed. God will never forsake us or break his promise so christians never get embarassed. We should remember that the humble will be exalted in heaven. And that the proud and exalts themselves will be humbled.
The timing of this is uncanny. I was just going off ranting yesterday about not being humble to those who hurt me, because I felt they didn’t deserve my humbleness.

Yup. I've learned it similarly. You don't do good works TO be saved. You do good works because you've BEEN saved already and now the Holy Spirit will work within you to mold you into the character God thought of when he made you in the womb. Slowly but surely

bro you have no idea how much this helped me😭 I keep comparing myself to people, and it leads me to getting ashamed of where I am and why I have to pray while others get it easily, but the truth is, God’s Mercy is working through us all- we are all where we are because of his mercy and provision, Pride isn’t and should not be living in my life because I have nothing to worry about, he’s provided all my needs already. One thing that bothers me is that people don’t hate me. In fact a lot of people kind of like me. Everybody can still tell that I’m different from them, and Honestly I’m not really good “friends” with most of them, but I still don’t experience hatred. I think it’s because I don’t stand up against sin enough, and when I do I don’t seem very bothered. Help?
All I can say is, be a light in the world through Jesus. Surround yourself with those who bring glory to God and who will strengthen your relationship with God. Surround yourself with people who you can potentially bring to God. All in all, keep the people who He sends to you. ❤

bro you have no idea how much this helped me😭 I keep comparing myself to people, and it leads me to getting ashamed of where I am and why I have to pray while others get it easily, but the truth is, God’s Mercy is working through us all- we are all where we are because of his mercy and provision, Pride isn’t and should not be living in my life because I have nothing to worry about, he’s provided all my needs already. His mercy is why i’m here and all I have to do is live for him and please him! I literally don’t even need to worry about my needs 😭 God bless you !
