people forgot how good wade was, he just had a trash team pretty much after he won his first chip...Paul Pierce hitting that game winner buzzer beater in game 3 pretty much destroyed their chance, even tho they were not going to win against this cetlics team that went on to play in the finals. but game 3 was heart breaking for them.

The Celtics lost 5 closeout games in this postseason. Maybe we should have seen Doc becoming a lousy playoff coach without Boston much sooner than his meltdowns with the Kawhi Clippers & then in Philly.

Yep, if he had just given Tony Allen 5-10 minutes more of playing time, they might have won that game 7 against LA. Tony Allen did a great job on Kobe throughout that series, but Doc left Ray in the game without hardly any rest and he had nothing left on the offensive end because he had to expend so much energy guarding Kobe. Ray did a very good job on Kobe, but it came at the expense of his offensive game and when the Celtics needed points, Ray (normally money) just couldn't give them anything. Meanwhile Tony Allen sat wasted on Doc's bench. smh
