Agree with everyone but a little surprised you didn’t mention Warren. If he continues to improve this year and gets even more touches, it’s not inconceivable he has 1500+ total yards and 10 touchdowns.
I'm really ready for the draft to come. I'll be heading home to watch the draft and spend time with my friends and family in the area. It's going to be a good week for us fans and for the City of Pittsburgh.
If the season goes like I hope it goes; my top three end of next year: TJ, B-Rod, JPJ. Honorable mention: Najee Harris.
Another great episode. My sense on offense is that Warren and Muuuuth will have break-out seasons. I could see either one making the list for 2024.
We have a lot of great young players, players who can be pillars of this team for years to come, and so many Steelers fans are DYING to just get rid of them. Pat and Najee for example. Just insane.
some combo of Porter, Pickens, Fields and Queen would be the ideal guys to step up next.
Last year the Steelers had a very strong preseason and it amounted to very little. This year Im just focusing on the first four games only. Their first four games always tell me where they are.

Matt this was a really interesting pod the 3 guys you brought up and the lack of up and coming guys that have had a impact , is a little concerning actually is a major concern. Pretty obvious from this one and the one you talked about the lack of O line taken before third round , that Colbert and co was riding Big Ben's success, and they absolutely wasted a top 5 hof QBs last 6 7 years ...Damn
I think it’ll be JPJ, maybe Pat if Smith uses him well
MAILBAG QUESTION: Let's say Russell Wilson starts the season as QB and wins 4 of the first five games with very solid top 10 QB caliber play, then gets hurt and in comes Fields who plays slightly better than Wilson (top 7-8 caliber) the next 3 or 4 games before Russell resumes his role as starter who finishes the season taking the team to the playoffs, winning the first but losing the next one by a small margin. If you are in charge, which QB do you sign for the future? I'm not a big fan of hypotheticals, but this scenario, to me, feels like it, or something close to this could play out.

The way the Steelers value CB is sad and will ultimately be what prevents this team from being good!
Best news for steelers is if its russle wilson. Its definitely not going to be fields.
Pickens, JPJ, Broderick and Warren in that order. Not mentioning Warren is a travesty! When he gets more snaps on this team, we’ll see then. Najee is slow. That is all. The best case scenario is we have a star on offense. That’s Pickens. Just throw him the ball and get it to Warren let that defense bruise people up and we’ll be fine. I see Roman having a good rookie year because teams will be distracted by Pickens…
I never liked this boring guy anyways so it figures he'd put his 3 cents in on 2026, im not surprised of his opinion.
