Impressive cast iron pan! Is this treated like normal cast iron, in that one would season the surface by applying a thin oil coating and baking it at high temperature to create a poly layer? Thanks for the review. 👍

@@VANRICKELEN Yes, I went and ordered the small one to try. It is defiantly nonstick, but I'm pretty sure it's just the same coating there using these days as a "safe" teflon alternative. So most likely the coating well gradually ware down over a year or so like any other nonstick pan and well have to be trashed. Glad I found one on sale to try first.
