NBA live 2003 was my favorite live . Most addicting gameplay, it was super fun to just run the ball handler over for a steal lol. Players moved hella fast, the layup animations were dope af and dribbling was fun and easy to pull off moves. Very responsive. I would put NBA live 10 second then live 05 3rd. But live 03 was dope af

NBA live 03 I would say had the best assortment of talent in terms of all the stars at all the positions. But most definitely the sgs in that game were op. Guys like AI, T Mac, VC, Kobe , etc were unstoppable. I remember having battles with my cousins and friends everyone would pick Sixers, Lakers, magic, or raptors pretty much lol. Then of course you had Jordan as well so sometimes people would choose the wizards but any team that had a star sg was most definitely the best to use. I'd say 03-05 had the best gameplay experience overall just due to the talent in the league. Made every game exciting especially going through a season mode. I used tmac for a season as a kid and went through hell lol every game felt like a battle to the death tryna stop guys like Kobe and Vince from dropping 30+. Also it was the first NBA game where crossovers were mapped to the right stick on the controller. Before 03 doing crossovers was a button or just moving the left analog stick while moving the player. 2k didn't have that until years later

Kobe is my all time favorite I was born in 97 the first basketball game I ever played was NBA Live 2001 and I was using Kobe and Shaq and I hand checked EVERYTHING. My favorite NBA Live was between 03 and 04 I played those games so much and they had the best soundtracks on them. I played NBA Live till about 05 then got into to 2k. Those were the days man. This vid is extremely nostalgic. When Kobe was Frobe I grew a fro not too long after. RIP the Mamba!
