If the pouring mechanism stops working will parts be made availabe to easily do repair myself? Will there be outside warranty repair available at a reasonable price?

I am trying to get a sense of the maximum weight of my beans I can grind and the maximum amount of water per pour. I am used to using 34 grams and about 500 ml water.

Currently, pre-orders are available exclusively in the continental United States. We are currently working on certifications/paperworks in preparation for launch internationally.
This is ridiculous. Releasing new right after the original one came out? What about customers who purchased the original one? You guys should exchange the original for the new one.
Why does this matter? They're still supporting the old one. New app works on old version too. It's still being sold. They're incrementally improving it and taking feedback. If you like the experience and what they're showing, buy. If not don't. There's stuff they couldn't do with the old version, so they made a new version. Why should they artificially wait instead of releasing what they worked on?

Proper support means actively fixing problems in the product they've already released rather than releasing the new one. Oh, do we really need to buy a new one whenever there's a problem with something we just bought? That's bullshit! They even made original users pay extra money on a new dripper due to the chronic static issue. If not, we need to spray water on the coffee beans every time. (They fixed it on the new one, uh?) As far as I know, enabling the use of ground coffee beans was originally based on feedback from original users. Not sure if it was added in the old one as well. If not, it's not good. The worst thing is the release term. (The original was actually released not too long ago) It can say it's unlucky, but anyone would be upset if a new was suddenly released without any news (this should be announced at least a year in advance) immediately after purchasing something expensive. That's common reaction. Please don't say you don't. Lastly, this is a betrayal on the people who supported the Kickstarter.

Due to a difference in hardware, there are features that are limited to Studio, but the new app works with Original.
