I would like to know two things. 1. How long did it take her to paint her entire body blue... at least I'm assuming that's blue with how well she blends into the water. I'm color blind. 2. How is she even able to swim when her entire body is covered in paint? Wouldn't it just wash off? I mean I know it's probably water resistant but they can't make it completely water proof or you'd never be able to wash it off.
She is likely painted with alcohol based paints and if an airbrush was used then about an hour and if they hand painted maybe 2. You can swim in alcohol based paints as it takes mineral cleansers to remove.
Well that answers the second question. I'm still thinking it probably took her a few good hours to get like that. Probably depends on how detailed it is. As I said before I'm color blind so there might be some details you can see that I can't.
She is fully light blue all over where I can see, maybe not under her clothes but can't see there. Her scalp is a bit more darker than the rest of her, that's what put me off since most are identical or slightly different but her's is a bit more. And I guess it would take somewhere near an hour to paint it, if using a paint gun, and removing it could be faster depending on technique - pour some rubbing alcohol on a towel and Clean.

Is it that it feels right for the genre, is it what you can do with jumpcuts to the song, what's going on in that there head of yours to make these so good?
Yeah, I usually pick the song last, and find one that matches the vibe of the footage. I'll look for the name of this one - I actually dive pretty deep into licensed royalty-free music to find decent tracks.....but, a lot of them have generic names, and no way to buy the track for consumers (the licensing fee to get the song usually starts around $20).

I was surprised too. But I think it's very water-resistant alcohol-based paint?

If it's an alcohol activated paint then the only way for it to go away is to put alcohol on her such as Iopropanol or rubbing alcohol.
