Absolute genius. My father built all the Frank Loyd Wright homes in New York State. He was an absolute master carpenter. I wish I had a fraction of your skill you are awesome and your shop is incredible. Wow.

I swear, everytime I watch a video, I'm in absolute awe of your workshop. As for the table, the lines and the cuts are so crisp, fantastic. And then of course there is nothing better than listening to the wood squeak when assembling and fitting the joints in to one another and it's a tight and snug fit. Simply amazing...

I retired from power company as EE. Those poles are treated with presevative to prevent rot and the chemicals used are potent. We were told to not use the wood for projects and NEVER use as firewood.
That was a bag of tricks full of carpentering skills and second nature techniques. Only those who do this day in and out are able to put together a fast paced execution of a project such as that. Craftsmanship at its peak!
If If all the carpenters in the world had $50,000 worth of equipment and a shop like that to work in We could all do that same quality work! It is a very nice design and very well made, but most of us could not afford the lumber!

It looks rather nice, but with all those power tools, and given diagrams, your average school leaver could do that. And he c*cked-up on those angled mortice pockets, and the lift wheels should be mounted inboard so they don't present a tripping hazard. I'd have been much more impressed if he'd done it all with only hand tools. Not a bad bench though, I've seen a lot worse. (btw, what is '33rd' on the scale of things?)

I can't add anything to the comments about your tools and your mastery of wood working, however, I was blown away by the attention to detail required to film and edit this multifaceted masterpiece.
And not a cheap steel nail or screw in any joint .... beautifully built .... great craftsman and a pro with these tools .... that bench will be around for centuries to come if not for ever.
Beast of a workbench. And worthy of a masterful woodworker. He gets a lot of crap about all his large, expensive tools, but he does great layout. His joinery layout is especially good, and he seems to eyeball a lot of his cuts.
Its 200% perfect. No irritation on your face during the whole process. Each and everything is made with dedication. You guys love your profession and give 100% best.
He has both excellent craftsmanship and workmanship. Such attention to detail resulting in such precision. Speeding up the video made it somehow even more interesting. I really enjoyed it.😄
Have to say that workbench is most likely built better than most modern pieces of home furniture. Myself, I'd find it hard to do any work on such a nice bench 🙂 Also enjoyed the display and proper use of all those tools. You folks are living the dream many of us had but never took.
As the two halves of the top were glued together, I thought that it looked too good to be a workbench. Rather a piece of art to be put on display! It is absolutely gorgeous.

And not a cheap steel nail or screw in any joint .... beautifully built .... great craftsman and a pro with these tools .... that bench will be around for centuries to come if not for ever.
Beast of a workbench. And worthy of a masterful woodworker. He gets a lot of crap about all his large, expensive tools, but he does great layout. His joinery layout is especially good, and he seems to eyeball a lot of his cuts.

Have to say that workbench is most likely built better than most modern pieces of home furniture. Myself, I'd find it hard to do any work on such a nice bench 🙂 Also enjoyed the display and proper use of all those tools. You folks are living the dream many of us had but never took.
And on this table, they built the rest of the house… it was literally strong enough to be the base of a house 😂

As the two halves of the top were glued together, I thought that it looked too good to be a workbench. Rather a piece of art to be put on display! It is absolutely gorgeous.
If I had only HALF the workshop equipment he uses, I'd be a very happy man! 😩
