Today I'm sharing how we combined our two boys into one, small shared bedroom in our home without it feeling like a toy store exploded! ;) We've transformed this space with neutral colors, DIY bunk beds (from Ana White), organized lego storage, and a simplified shared closet space that stores most of their toys and clothes. I love that you told everyone that this NOT what the boys room always looks & that you had just done a Mom Clean. It’s their room like you say but not everyone on You Tube points this out. Kudos to you. Your boys Bunks are probably Forts, Towers & Whatever else they decide. Normal beds are boring for little boys.

Yes! I do make them clean up each day. But it's not "mom clean" all the time and that's okay!
Beautiful organizing! I thought of separating legos by color but opted for one clear bin that holds all the pieces. I love the Lego characters on the wall.
My son is completely obsessed with legos. He has Autism and is 6 and just KNOWS he will be a "Master Lego Builder" when he grows up.
Its so important to be intentional about stuff

That's so funny! Since I filmed this video last fall, we've actually added a floating desk to this area for my boys. :) Great minds! 😉

I just took a 2'x2' piece of plywood and painted it white. I then used E6000 glue to glue on the 2x4 bricks. We attached it to a stud in the wall and used 1x2 stained boards to frame it out! :)

It was already white when bought our home.

Where did you get the curtains?
They are from Target, but I purchased them 3-4 years ago. I'm sure they have something similar though. They are blackout curtains.
You should get them a sign in there room that says boys will be boys.
