- In today’s video, I will be trying on and reviewing some items from the True Classic men’s clothing collection.
True Classic is known for offering affordably priced clothing
But Is True Classic™ Worth It?
[00:21] What True Classic™ Is Known For: True Classic™ Tees (Tshirts for men)
I tried on a classic crew neck t-shirt in medium. I really like how the True Classic tee fits. It feels
like it’s tight in all the right places and loose where it needs to be to compliment men’s unique
body shape and proportions. Nice tapered fit in the arms and chest but then loosens up in the
mid section to allow for maximize mobility.
One compliant I hear about other brands is around clothing for tall guys. True Classic™ actually
has an entire clothing collection made specifically for tall men.
You can opt into ordering a 3 pack, 6 pack or even 9 pack of their best-selling collections,
including crew neck t-shirts for men.
True Classic™ apparel washes well and doesn’t shrink or lose it’s color. They also sell polos, long
sleeves, activewear, loungewear, and more for men.
[01:34] True Classic™ Men’s Polo Shirts
I tried on a black short sleeve polo shirt by True Classic™ next. It fits well and compliments my
back and arms very well.
[01:51] True Classic™ Men’s Activewear and Active Tshirts
Next, I tried on a True Classic™ men’s activewear t-shirt. 96% polyester and 4% spandex that
provides moisture wicking, odor control, quick dry and anti-microbial finish for maximum
comfort. Size down if you like a tighter fit, or use the same size you’d wear for their all cotton
classic crew neck tee.
[02:30] True Classic™ Chino Pants, Chino Shorts, and Denim Jeans for Men
In the next part, I’m breaking down the Bottoms collection at True Classic™ specifically looking
at men’s chino pants, chino shorts, and jeans. They fit really well and have the same premium
fabrics that their tops are known for. Heavyweight but have a lot of stretch to them to
maximize comfort and mobility.
[03:08] True Classic™ Active Shorts for Men
I’ve been living in the men’s activewear shorts by True Classic™. These shorts are super stretchy
and buttery soft. You can wear them to the gym, around the house, or for running errands.
[03:33] True Classic™ Denim Jeans for Men
This is where things get a little controversial based on my measurements versus the premium
denim jeans offered by True Classic™. Overall, the pants feel amazing and have more stretch
than any other jeans I’ve owned before. True Classic™ only offers one length size and it’s a 34-
inch inseam. If you’re a taller guy, these jeans are perfect for you right out of the box. If you’re
my size, I’d recommend getting them tailored to fit your exact proportions which is relatively
inexpensive to do. True Classic™ offers men’s jeans as either skinny jeans fitted or slim/straight
leg fit, based on your personal preference.
[04:33] True Classic™ Chino Pants for Men
I was blown away by how soft the chino shorts and pants are at True Classic™ and after some
tailoring, they fit me just right. For the price point you’re getting these for, the quality is
unmatched versus Cuts, Fresh Threads, etc.
[05:11] Final Thoughts on True Classic™ Tees and Bottoms
Is True Classic™ affordable? Yes! No matter what budget you’re on, you can easily afford their
men’s classic tees, bottoms, and activewear sets. They are made with premium fabrics, so you
don’t have to worry about stretching or shrinking. Be sure to visit the website and take
advantage of their custom size chart so you get the right fits for your unique body size.
Over all good for the price but nothing premium. If you’re looking for decent clothing for day to day I’m sure all these products will work but I wouldn’t say expect them to last🫱🏼🫲🏽 - Zábava
Great review here man! Keep it up! 👊
Appreciate the love my man!!
Their jeans are fantastic.
Nice overall review. What sneakers are you wearing in this video? Is it the New Republic Kurt?
Great catch! Yes they are
True Classic T-shirts are my go to shirts, pricey tho especially with delivery to Ireland but love them probably the only T-shirt ever fitted me perfectly so many poor quality T-shirts out there that are baggy around the arms, too tight on the mid section and have messed up collars even high end brands. I must try out a pair of TC jeans sometime.
Have you ever tried BYLT basics?? Way better quality and will last way longer!
@@ScottyScheller wet toilet rolls would last longer than TC. Pure muck
😂😂😂 I’m dead!!!
@@iamwaterproof Jheez you think they’re that bad? I bought more recently and they seem different more thicker I think they have changed material the older ones I bought from when I made this post has started to deteriorate somewhat as in not as tight around the arms and neck but still my fav t shirts.
@M1ckyCFC honestly the worst tshirts I have ever held. I just bought the "one of everything " bundle. The hoodie is wearable but €10 Penny's quality. One of the tshirts (okay its "active wear " but if I held it up I could see through it enough to recognise some on the other side.
There is a pair of leggings/ tracksuit bottoms and my wife's tights are thicker and they are a horrible elastic plastic material.......oh there is a long sleeve shirt, well meant to be a shirt, that is a clingy material that stretches (I mean- pinch any two parts of the shirt and pull apart and they would stretch about 4 to 5 inches. Disgusting plastic stretch clingy material with a soft collar.
There are jocks and shorts as well but can't bring myself to opening them.....
Only bought these a few weeks ago.
The normal tshirt that everyone talks about is not as bad as the one above but is still the worst quality cheap rag I have ever bought. I will never put it on. I could put it on the floor in the office for the dog but I doubt she would lie on it. All made in China and Cambodia. I would say they buy them in bulk at about 0.60c a t-shirt. .......and its too much .
THanks man great review!
Thank you for watching!!
Hi, nice review, but I have a totally different experience with their classic T-Shirts. They do shrink if you use a dryer! The sizing chart is misleading. (They are NOT true to size…I would size down if you want an athletic fit). I am 6 feet tall, 180 lbs and ordered the Large…which are way too loose!
I reached out to True Classic and they sent me a size Medium for free…perfect fit, awesome!
But I do not use a dryer!
Second problem is that my back color shirt is fading after a few gentle washing cycles and do look worn out already. The fabric is very comfortable, but a magnet for all kinds of dust, hair, particles floating around. The stitching on two of my shirts are coming loose (inner part of the sleeves)
So, overall, if you get the right size, it is a good looking and nice fitting T-Shirt. Just be aware of the issues I mentioned above. Would I buy it again? No!
I’ve heard that a lot since I made this video! Crazy how a brand can change that much. I moved over to BYLT. A bit more pricy but the quality is better and more consistent
The discount code did not work bud! I’m still going to give the Slim Comfort jeans and Chino jeans a chance. When shorts go on sale I’ll give them a chance as well. Are they short? I like 7” shorts at least
The code must have expired, but I'd go for BYLT shorts if I were you! Those are my favorites. I made a review on them, too. Check them out!
Are the shorts stretchy in the waist? Interesting video. I was looking up whether true classic shirts are any different than a slim fit style? Thanks
Not really. Honestly the shorts aren’t my favorite. I think the only think I still wear from true classic is the long sleeve. The rest got bacon necked and faded after a few washes. Go with BYLT or State and Liberty for shorts 🫱🏼🫲🏽
Thank you for the review, Scotty.
I see the shirts fit snug around your arms.
I normally wear medium size shirts as well. George brand and others with the cotton/polyester mix fit me very good.
Some shirts I buy fit WAY too tight though, and I have to go with large.
I weigh 190 pounds, very muscular. Think bodybuilder. I'm 5'6" tall. 30" waist, 46" chest.
My question is: What are your bicep measurements? Because, mine measure 18" and I'm concerned with the shirts fitting way too tight everywhere, being as I can not try the shirts on before purchase. I don't want to order a 9 pack and none of them fit.
Although, their site's fit chart says since the George brand fits me well in a medium, I should go with a medium in theirs.
Thank you.
I'm 5'8 and 150 pounds. Should I go small? Or medium? I want to look buff, so I don't want it to be loose
I’d go medium. Cause they’ll shrink if you wash and dry them
I personally just invest in BYLT shirts now
The SCOTTY discount code does not work.
Just stick to the t-shirts. Anything else falls apart at the seems.
Sounds like an ad not a review. I can find anything wrong with anything, lol.
100% not my favorite products at all. And I’ll be straight up with that. These are great for the budget buyer but if you want more luxury/better build I’d go with BYLT 🤙🏼
I love their shirts I just wish their jeans were baggy or that their underwear had holes for the lil guy
I’ve been rocking BYLT for the past few months! Only tees I’ll rock anymore 💪🏼
Bro, when trying on pants/shorts, lift the shirt up we can see the full fit.
👍🏼
Bro you say one thing then another!!
What you mean my man?
Just looking at how the jeans fit him make me not want to get them. They look horrible in the crotch area.
100% agree. After trying to adjust to them I wouldn’t recommend the jeans
This has to be a paid advert. True Classic t shirts are THE WORST rags I have ever seen, let alone put on. Cheap rubbish.
Definitely would agree they aren’t top of the line. But to a budget buyer these are a game changer.
True classics will make you look fit if you’re not fit, and will make you look less fit when you are fit. It’s not snug and will hide your hard work from the gym.
So it’s essentially fat people clothing?
It's america everyone is fat of course these are made for fat guys. Kinda like makeup for women
@@mordie31 The shirt is made for dad bods.
Makes you look less fit when you are fit? That doesn't make sense. Can you explain?
@marcusbowman3619 since you have to size up. I ordered an XL since L didn't fit my arms. They do have the performance shirts. Those fit better. I'm an L in those. But they shrink when dried so I now hand dry them.
Brand? That is young company est 2019. Brand you build trough years, many years. Mine ouncle has fashion company since 1979 and is still company not a brand
Sweet
@@ScottyScheller perfect response
Your audio is only coming out of the right channel.
The small looks better on you to me. The medium looks too long. Just my opinion.
I can agree
But, I’d honesty just be happy if I were as fit as you are. I’m only slightly better than a dad bod, & that’s with working out every day, & watching my diet 🤷🏻♂️
@@AlienFrequency my best advice that always helps me is to start walking more! Literally it sounds so stupid but even adding just like 10 min walks after meals or parking further from the store when shopping makes a huge difference over time!
@@ScottyScheller nah, that doesn't sound stupid at all. I have a desk job. I do stand at my desk most of the day, but it doesn't give me much opportunity to walk a lot. I've considered an under the desk treadmill. I lift weights and take in protein, etc too.... I'm getting there, but you're right. I need to walk more.
They look long. Im a short guy.
I would say they fit like your average shirt. Maybe slightly longer
The worst t shirt I’ve ever had. Rice paper thin! Junk junk junk!!! Sent back and was charged shipping to try on their junk. Stay away! Pay a little more and try untuck T’s. Very nice, more expensive but not see through junk.
Walmart quality shirts imo
I think the price point is what makes the product truly great. Have you tried the pants or shorts?
I bought 3 and wish i hadnt . Cheap flimsy cotton , chinese poor quality and awful chemical smell . Fit not that great . Wouldn’t recommend.
no grown man should even fit into a small lmao
Probably one of the stupidest things I’ve ever heard, but it’s okay. I’d love to see your style someday cupcake I'm sure you're a lady killer 🤍
I am 29 w I have a hard time finding them so I shop the kids cloths
