For me it was the opposite, when i played this lines the sheer aumont of firepower and the speed advantages you have in the lyon and normandie was incredible, but the came to gascone and only 2 guns, me from 2 years ago did not take the this change as something good, im just coming back to this line now xd
I’m a firm believer that 95% of the ships in the game are at least playable. With most ships, it’s the player that struggles not the ship. With Lyon and Normandie, I understand how they should be played but struggle to play them correctly. Gascogne was a little easier but still a difficult ship for me to play.
I did hate the Normandie, but Lyon was a much more enjoyable experience. Gasgaoine was even better, skipped Alsace before the buff but have to say I've struggled with Republic
Alsace with the rapid reload reminded of an American fast BB. I enjoyed it. I only have a couple of Repub games in now. Let’s see how much I’m enjoying it after 10, 20 or 30 games played.
😂 I feel for you Soulfire. But I like Normandy and Lyon. The quad mount turrets are the challenge for me.
Pain and suffering for me. I know it’s me that has the issues with that line. Gascogne was rough but nothing like those two.

Normandy wrecks but her dispersion is bugged you have to turn off auto-aim and sink all your shells into BB superstructures you can easily full pen.
@@enchantedbananas If I was starting this ship line now, I would have had a better experience with these ships.
@@TheSoulfire73 Agreed, their playstyle has been somewhat bolstered by buffs and they're generally way better understood now.
