Baritone is a very useful program. I'd say it's a bit of a stretch to call it a "hack".
The creators did a fantastic job.
It's more of a automation tool.
You necessarily only safe time on yourself instead of gaining a really unfair advantage.

I remember using nodus in 2013, thinking it was just a cool mod. Apparently I kept hitting the “nuke” hotkey, and I really couldn’t do anything about it so I uninstalled and hopped on a 2D Minecraft Mod I found on the yogscast.

i cheated a lot on hypixel, went vs this other guy who also was cheating so i turned my cheats off, recorded him cheating (as he stopped trying to hide it because i showed him i was also cheating) then turned my cheats back on and easily beat him and also got him banned for cheating.

with hypixel I got banned for LOGGING ON with a hacked client. I didn’t even have anything on and I left like 10 seconds after I joined. But there are still bhoppers, flyers, and people who use killaura

Actually hacks finally have purpose in minecraft you can use it on servers that are anarchy no rules and hacking is allowed.

@@purplehexagon If you have a fibreglass pen, very carefully brush around where that scrape is (bottom side of the pad) and see if there’s a bit of an off-shoot of a trace from the ground plane.
Failing that, if someone has the same card, hopefully they can trace where that goes to and let you know where to do a bridge/jumper cable.

Ive seen insane shit on anarchy servers such as 2b which you'll never find on "normal" minecraft servers. Builds so massive it looks like its made in world edit.

i remember back in 2012 when Minecraft first came out on Xbox 360. there werent any hacks, but an old Xbox friend of mine figured out how to use InvEdit on his laptop to add in super cool stuff for back then. i remember my mind being BLOWN seeing a building made out of diamond ore and a chest full of water and fire tiles, over a year before creative even came out. good times, man

@@renewings they don’t perm ban on first offense or even second or third offense. They ban based off of current punishments in the last 6 months. Which means his friend was punished many, many times.

There is still a very efficient way to fight hackers who use baritone and kill aura at the same time, which is randomly placing end crystals around the world. You will find a lot of these on anarchy servers nether highways. So make sure to turn off your kill aura, when walking there (or at least prevent it from hitting end crystals somehow) or else youre gonna block yourself up rather quickly on accident. Also remeber to have auto disconnect enabled in case you somehow get down to 1HP.

To basically explain what he meant at 2:55 on Minecraft there’s sever side and client side, anything that happens sever side happens for everyone now days, but stuff that’s client side only happens for you, for instance the WorldEdit Mod where only you can see what your doing on it on your computer, what this means is that servers back then where basically all client side so if you changed something for yourself it ACTUALLY CHANGED and for everyone

For People who Also had no idea, here's what I got (which is very basic and baseless):
Mojang moved management from client side to server side.
Client side means It's dependent on the player and server side is the same thing but with the server. The reason why this worked is that everything was synced with the server, rather than the individual players. And most hacks operated on client side, meaning they changed information sent from the player to the server. The hacks weren't able to change the information that was going from the server to the players as they weren't connected to the server, only the player.
That's why some mods are client side, where they work without having the server with them. They only show their X feature for you but not for other people. In fact, that's how a lot of hacks still operate today - changing the client to do something which ultimately does not affect the server itself, such as "removing blocks" or just making them invisible for the player (Xray), showing locations of players (esp), etc etc. If you know more let me know in the comments.

I would saying hacking with ranking systems is way worse, because the other team would have their rank destroyed just because of some hacker, while unranked you don't have to worry about that and you can just leave.

InvEDIT was pretty neat because you could put a minus quantity of items, making them illimited. It was pre-creative. This worked on armor as well to make you invicible.

This was a good video, but you forgot about the force op exploit to login as any name ever which destroyed some servers.
3:04 this means that player-side movement (or client-side movement) was also executed on to the server, like ROBLOX nowadays. And Mojang make server-side things only appear on to the server, and anything visible on to the client only visible to the player.
What really makes me laugh is when hackers are SO bad at the game, that not even hacks can help them win

It's funny when I hack and these people are like, "YOU'RE SO BAD CAN'T EVEN KILL ME LEGIT!" and then I turn off my hacks and it's still easy.
I remember in my days of minecraft PE, like in the version 0.10.4 (it was like 2014 more or less) if you and your friend pressed the same item at the same time it would duplicate, I remember we used this in survival and didnt even know it was a glitch, so 2 diamonds and a full diamond armour and tools for the boys, we got so sad when they remove it.

I've been writing my own scripts for mc for a long time. Used to use them to break and place blocks instantly, inventory management, auto replace quick slots, instant craft, etc. You can't really stop this but servers have gotten good at slowing you down over the years. Baritone is such an extreme version of this though, the author's have really put a ton of effort into programming it.

I remember back in the day there were literally cheat mods because there wasn’t any creative mode yet.
Man I haven’t thought about the shitfest of hackers all those years back haha.
Man those were the good days. My friends and I would always single out a hacker whenever we found them on a pvp server, but we were all pretty bad at pvp like everyone back them so we got our ass kicked more times than not lol.
Now days I’m the only one left of that 6 man group. It’s fun to reminisce over those good days when the only thing we had to worry about was Minecraft and elementary school lol.
