Brief railfanning at Rudd Feat NS 1073

After getting word that a 51V would be coming up with the Penn central HU 2nd out, I went out to Rudd to get them. Ahead of the came a very short 24X, with a dash 9 doing the honors. Hope that you all enjoy!
