2 cups sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
4 ounces cream cheese
5 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sucanat
1/2 cup dried dates, soaked pineapple juice
1 cup pineapple chunks
6 - 8 ounces cooked noodles
