Odoo-How to use multiple routes on a single sales order to fulfill a big customer order

how to add route selection to the sale order ?

If you see video again, stop at minute 01:13
you will find route form view, inside that you will see "Applicable On" and then you will find check box with "Sales Order Lines". Once you enable this checkbox, the route will be available to select on sales order line.
