- What has Warwick Davis been up to? After seeing my video 'Dwarf in a Shop Window' someone who wishes to remain anonymous sent me this clip. It's Warwick Davis locked in a book shop over night. Incredible!
Warwick Davis has been in loads of things, including star wars as wicket the ewok, harry potter, leprechaun, extras with ricky gervais and this book shop - weird! - Komedie
Great comedy actor…. His best performance to date. No film compares. This series is so underestimated…. Genius
Warwick reading Richard Hammond’s biography to get to sleep. He keeps nodding off while reading it. Genius.
I remember he was on Top Gear at around the same time for one of their "breaking in a new reasonably priced car" episodes. Great banter all around.
I thought that WAS Hammond
On jezzas books too?
The vacuum guy : Guys, i just found a leprechaun sleeping in the book shop.
Ay Love you Warwick Davis❤💋😍
Warwick Davies is a gifted comic actor. Personally, I think he is absolutely hilarious.
What are your thoughts not personally?

1:10 Like a little hamster, carrying supplies into his nest
Lmfao 💀😂
U bad looool
Gervais is a genius and warwick a fine actor
Gervais is nothing without Merchant
Or they are both...both
I agree that Merchant is crucial for Gervais. He’s proved that several times now by putting out garbage shows alone
@@deletebilderberg Bollocks.
10 years ago...only now being recommended on day 1 million and 45 in lockdown 😂
Those shoes keep comming on and off while he is sleeping.
He is one of the coolest guys I ever met!
Roughly 5 minutes per stack of books, the commitment..genius 😁
I just recently started binge watching everything Warwick has done. I have loved him since I was 8 years old when I saw him the first time in Willow when it came out. I finally got to start watching everything he’s been in. He’s a Riot! He cracks me up! I love him even more. 😂❤
Warwick is a scream brilliant 🤣
It is one of my life's ambitions to get locked in a bookshop :)
Love Warwick he's such a legend
I'm a little disappointed Warwick used a hardback book for his nest, but appreciate that you must have cut the part where he was forced to drink his own urine to survive the night.
oh i love him this was sooo good !
Excellent! Warwick rules!
Holy shit, being trapped in a book shop by yourself would be a fucking paradise. At least for the first 8 hours or so. Maybe even a week or so as long as they left the bathrooms unlocked and there’s some chocolates or something around.
Couldn't the fantasy 'paradise' be replicated quite easily by spending 8 hours in a large public library? But yeah I know what you mean as it does sound oddly appealing. Strange really as I always assumed I would be the only one...
@@k1dn1ce76 Probably not, the solitude and isolation are the attractive parts to me. Obviously they would only be attractive if you knew they had a time limit though.
@@ballisticcranberrypeat7777 The large public library in question is completely empty except for you and one single employee who constantly sits quietly behind the counter waiting to check books out for anyone. The counter is positioned over in the far corner allowing you to wonder up and down the numerous long aisles barely aware of the employees presence. Not one other person enters the library for the entire 8 hours you're there.
@@ballisticcranberrypeat7777 To be fair, a large empty book shop all to yourself would contain books and content that for a reason I'm not completely sure of would probably feel and seem more appealing when compared to the content contained within the given library.
@@ballisticcranberrypeat7777 Every book you picked up and looked through in the shop would be a brand new unread book along with an unbroken spine and would contain that new book smell inside. Okay, I'll shut up now. Peace be with you.
Bizarre!. 🤣 Nuff said!.
he does smart thinking with books as bed.
Some people sleepwalk, some people put their shoes on and off again.
That’s The Greatest Shit Ever🙏☝️🤘❤️🔥
Sound on a cctv camera im impressed.
Occasionally yes , it can happen
Im always fascinated by small things. You should see my ant farm @@The_Big_Dawg
Reads „Mr.Small“ how iconic is this... and at the next morning: oh my god where is your mother?
Ironic
Who said silent comedy was dead? Genius!
I love how he uses Jeremy Clarksons biography to make a bed, that's all they'll be good for lol
Yeah and then he has gas all night
Rowan Atkinson needs to do like a Mr Bean or Johnny English movie with Warwick as his side kick, imagine the two duo
I love Warwick Davis
+Jenny Smyth Sir Warwick Davis
Making a bed out of books. Awesome. 😂
What a legend
Aww poor you Warwick :) if I were locked in there I'd just read all day until they unlocked the shop again
Ha ha ha he was reading me small
*mr
This is a dream of mine. Just me, books, and a wall between me and world. Yes please
Reading Mr Small 😂😂😂😂😂
That is so funny 😂😂
All jokes aside "Size Matters Not" is actually a fun read.
Mind explaning how he got the book in the top shelve? Thanks.
Yes. Dwarf on pole. Enough said
hey wait a sec, this was in peterborough! I LIVE THERE! :O
i hope he never dies, i love Wrawick Davis, and i hope he sees this somehow
We all die
Cringe.
That's because they are magical shoes and sometimes move when they want.
I see Karl Pilkington had enough and in a alternate timeline, instead of taking Warwick on Idiot Abroad, he left him in the bookshop and the series went on to have three more seasons.
And this is why I hate Waterstones.
And omg Warwick was stuck in that bookshop all that time o_o
this is "Life's Too Short"
Haha 😆, while he is sleeping, when camera moves to other camera he is wearing shoes, when moves back to other camera shoes are taken off and put next to his book bed 😂. Starts from 4.30 min
Is his book still in print?
Beauty
I guess they didn't have any James may books
Okay, the date on the camera's was set up Euro style with the day first then the month. You would also read it as 18 April 2010. I think only the people in the U.S. put the the month first, but I could be wrong.
Comedy gold
How did he get the top ones up?
Mirrors
@MrBenharding98 did u ask him about this?
Did Warwick have to buy the books he drooled on?
How did he get them on the top shelf?
that's exactly what your supposed to ask???
it just gets funnier,
Mr. Small! :)
4:48 LOL
I'm pretty sure waterstones has a chair or two in it, I've seen quite an array for book clubs on the top floor at the one around piccadilly.
I was at school with him (although we weren't friends). He was a bit of a twat then tbh, but it's genuinely good to see that he can laugh at himself now.
Thanks for the like Warwick...
@Paul nope.
@Paul ffs mate I can't be bothered to indulge you.
@Paul perhaps you should get out more.
Better than being a COMPLETE twat, I guess, no?
so he cant get out because he cant reach the handle. he's in a book shop. he could quite easily have just gotten some books to stand on.
Voter96 the door is locked
Poor guy.
How did he get locked in there?
Did you watch the video?
Another Dewey-decimal system buggered.
They did not have comfy chairs or couches to sleep on like other book shops??
oh they do
in the Galleries
shopping centre
bristol
and a cafe
Nice cups O tea
carrot cake
sofa
and books
📚 📚 📚
I'd definitely go for the new hard back releases

ISN'T THERE AN EMERGENCY DOOR HE CAN WALK OUT OF ???
😐
🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🙄😉
THAT IS IN THE WATERSTONES IN PETERBOROUGH
DGJ *P* HINNELLS I think nearly every waterstones look the same tbh
I know, lol. That's like saying 'that's my Starbucks!' or something
What's this from?
Kiaya!
Meanwhile Karl is trapped inside HMV
Willow part 2
I live in the US, so I have no context. Why is the door handle that high?
But I'm 5'10", & our door knobs aren't even that high. They're about 3 ft high.
He has dwarfism!
1:50 how did he reach top shelf?
What show is this?
shop cctv never has audio. nobody normal can relate to having a book out and what that means.
Where's Harry and Ron when you need them?
She knew he was there on purpose.
@gabe9585 18 April 2010
What's the issue?
Poor Warwick
Reading 'Mr Small'
Funny 🤣✌👍

Did the night watchman notice Warwick's predicament?
Ah yes, the night watchman we all know worksbat every Waterstones

2:45
TELEPORTATION!
Yeah I had to rewind to see the time move!
If u see the time it changes 1 minute
Thank you for waking him up vacuum Cleaner
Where was this acting During willow TV series!? Damn director probably sabotaged him
@moonywap and reads a hammond biography
Funny guy
I used to hide out in furniture stores overnight.
1:45 Damn Muggle Mind Wipes, he’s clearly charmed the cameras to cut out the part where he wingardium leviosa’s himself to the top shelf
😂😂😂
I will bet he just loves reading short stories......
It's not real.
a) the store alarm would detect movement.
b) CCTV doesn't record sound.
Nobody is pretending it is real. It's just a scene from something.
And I think the staff man should have been a bit more surprised! I think it's just a publicity stunt for the book!
why was that
I'm confused, what is this?
@Hamish Munroe Is it from Life's Too Short or something?
It's a beige
This has to be fake b/c that vacuum guy would have went wtf when he turned the corner at 5:23
LOL
