Agreed and I wojuld like to add: ....or a young man, anybody who is struggling with their body image and thinks this might be bad fro their mental health. Might not be as common but it does happen, although usually that's more of a biggorexia thing. I'm not trying to nitpick or virtue signal, just want people to be acknowledged because no one should suffer through this. This BS can take your life! So can addiction. Many people have described ED as a type of addiction, to the feeling they get when they lose another pound or when their clothes fit loosely on them, when they feel in control, when their "hard work" of restricting or over-exercising or p*rging has "paid off" with losses, etc. I work in healthcare and have colleagues who treat people with EDs and I have dealt with addiction personally. I wouldn't wish the hell of fighting with your own body and mind on anyone (opiate addiction). I have over a decade clean now. It's possible to get better, but it takes a lot of work.

I used to be really depressed. Thought it was just how I was supposed to be. Went to treatment for a year and I hated it for the most part.
At the end though, it was worth it for me. It has changed me for the better. Now I can actually live without having a black hole of dread inside me. Still have anxiety, but Iâm fighting it. One step at a time.
I hope anyone reading this will take this to heart, and fight their battles even if itâs uncomfortable at the start.

@@trisham7986 Not at the moment, I used Zoloft while in treatment. My country doesnât really approve of anxiety meds in comparison to other countries for some reason.
Exercise definitely helps a bit, but treatment is nearly always necessary. Why canât you exercise?
@@AadetTube I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety at 15 years of age. I've been on and off medication most of my life. I'm now 62 and medication saved me. I hate when people tell me to exercise or go for a walk; that might cure the blues, but it certainly doesn't cure depression. I'm currently on a regime of 2 antidepressants and I can go for a few years medication free; once I feel it creeping back, I head back to my psychiatrist. My GP at 15 said I was just hormonal đ€Šââïž so I asked to see a specialist. I rarely talk about this because people are so quick to judge, but thankfully I found a nonjudgmental friend who suffers from severe anxiety. I wish I could take Zoloft but I react badly to SSRIs. I have to take tricyclic antidepressants, which doesn't give me many options unfortunately.

To anyone suffering from depression, I hope you ask for help. I did at 15 and it saved my life. My GP told me I was hormonal, but I saw a psychiatrist who changed my life. I've been on and off tricyclic antidepressants for 47 years. It's manageable. I've lived a good life, until I became disabled at 49. I'm always concerned for the younger generation who face so much more than I did growing up. Social media can be a cesspool. Don't be influenced by influencers who are vapid and don't bring anything worthy to the table. I'm not against social media; I have a Twitter account, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat... I even posted a few stupid videos on CZcams, the first one being photoshopped images of my cat out of boredom đ and I posted something I found on my Dad's computer after he died. Enjoy life! I'd give anything to be able to go back in time.

I'm surprised that almost nobody is talking about the obvious in this comment section. Either Eugenia has some words banned from her comment section or people just stopped caring... I honestly hope that the first option is what's going on.
I really hope she's getting the help she needs one day before it will be to late. It feels so strange that I'm only checking out her channel every few months to see if she's still alive. All of this is just sad and depressing honestly.
Maybe she also banned some words, but personally, I believe the change in her comment section recently stems from a few videos by other creators. I've stumbled upon a few videos in the last days that argued that being kind and supportive about the non ed related things in Eugenias Videos (so for example makeup, nail polish, the clothes themselves, the things she talks about etc.) might help her to strengthen her interests/ hobbies that are not dependend on her ed wich might aid her recovery.
So it's not exactly "not caring", I think. It's a different strategy.:)

The mask slips and her ED which is in complete control at this point gives mocking smug gross smiles as she does whatever she can to push people's buttons and purposefully provoke them or worry them. You can see the duping delight on her face. It is no mistake that she knows exactly where the line is where if she crosses it it will get her demonetized or deplatformed or her video taken down (it's disgusting but it seems that channels that make more $ and have more subscribers and engagement get more leeway with breaking tos) and goes right up to that line with no regard for the safety of her fans (p*dos in chat, pretending she is not sick and does not have an ED after admitting it which she now says was under duress... she never wanted to recover, she was forced into it because she was dying, which sn't ideal but after treatment she was in a much better place mentally... now she is choosing to not continue to use any of the tools she learned in treatment and refusing to get help, pretending being so severely underweight has no impact on her relationships, mental and physical health, organs, hair, emotional growth, etc., etc., etc.) I think it's getting harder for her to hide behind the toxic positivity "poor little naive girl" act (which her f*tishists looove btw and which she uses to avoid facing any accountability for her actions, which are very intentional.. you don't flash 30 times by accident). I think more people are seeing her for who she is, or who she is now anyway, who she has become now that she has allowed her disease to take complete control.
I actually have a lot of pity for her tbh. She can live in denial all she wants but her heart muscle is giving out. This is why she does that weird coughing thing she pretends is "just allergies".
She obviously has serious issues and is suffering. It's very sad. She continues to choose this though and while I know it is much more complicated than that and she is addicted to her disease, there is nothing anyone who doesn't know her inrl can do to help her at this point. That is why I think anyone responsible who is on her pages or who watches her twitch stream should try to reach out to her fans who are struggling with their own EDs or anything else or hopefully help them before they even go down that painful and deadly road (I couldn't watch her stream and don't know how people can she just repeats herself, has zero content, zero personality anymore.. she's a shell of her former self. I guess some people are there to try to help her by reaching out. She has made it clear she doesn't want help and the concern just tells her sick ED brain that she is succeeding in losing weight because people are worried. Other people are there to prey on her young fans, or are creepy fe*ishists obsessed with her weak childlike act and frame/ voice. Then I'm sure there are some people who are there for "th*nspo". Ugh.).
Sad, huh? She buys all these clothes, yet she has nowhere to wear them to and no friends to hang out with because she is afraid she'll get 5150ed (or baker acted) again. So she and her mother just isolate her even further than before that incident (where her friends tried to save her life) and she continues to choose her ED as the consequences pile up (in this case the consequence is losing the only real friends that cared about her well being that she had.. sadly her mother doesn't seem to care IMHO).

Hey Eugenia, I doubt youâll see this but pls read ! I know you deny that you still have an issue and you might still believe that- I felt that way about myself at one point! Something that happens when you donât get enough nutrients is that your brain doesnât get enough oxygen to think clearly. This happened to me okay so please donât think this is an attack! I was only able to focus on small things outside of losing weight. Your body focuses on preserving your organs so they donât shut down. I really pray that you open yourself back up to the idea of treatment again. Itâs absolutely uncomfortable and scary and traumatic in its own right, but it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. For me, in early recovery my stomach hurt so bad trying to remember how to digest food again that it was more comfortable to stay the way I was. I went back and forth for years! Also because in early recovery, things werent necessarily proportioned the way I was used to or wanted. I learned later that the gain in my stomach was actually my body trying to save my organs, because they were at risk for shutting down. And everything balanced out after a couple months! I donât know where youâre at with your health and I know itâs very personal and a sensitive topic, but believe me - if you can push through the beginning of recovery (especially with a team!) it gets so much easier. You start being able to concentrate better and think more clearly. When you came back in 2019, everyone was so happy not because of the way you looked (you were still very underweight!) but because of how clearly you spoke and insightful you were about it. There was so much light in your eyes. I know you look back on all of that in disgust, but please please know there are better options for recovery, and there are so many professionals who would be so so happy to work through this with you in the most comfortable way possible. I really hope you havenât just given up on getting better. I know this feels normal for you, but I promise things donât have to be this way. You deserve to treat yourself and your body with kindness, the same as you would a friends. I used to try imagining I was borrowing my friends or someone I loveâs body for a day- how would I treat it? How would I treat myself if I were someone I loved? You deserve recovery and a chance to live your life independent from this illness and toxicity you are so clearly caught up in. People say these things because they care- and some get upset or even mean about it because it hurts them to watch you go through this and reject truly heartfelt support. Recovery is not always linear. But we all have to start somewhere and keep trying. Sending you love, if youâre strong enough to do this for so long youâre strong enough to recover.

Their look might be different but it feels like she's no different than someone like Nicocado Avocado. Both are fully aware of what kind of content they're putting on the internet but won't care anyway no matter how many people advice them to get helps for years. It still attracted tonnes of viewers (no matter what kinds) on YT who gave them the platform to do so.
I think the huge difference is in their personalities (or at least the ones they portray online). Nicocado honestly appears to be a huge jerk (even if heâs just playing it up) while Eugenia seems so kind and full of love. Thereâs a prevailing positivity and perseverance to Eugenia despite all sheâs been through or might be going through.

Now, I occasionally check to see how you're doing in terms of health. I'm, not surprised, but I'm very sad to see no move towards recovery. To be blunt, my mother died of anorexia soon after I turned 13. I grew up watching her body deteriorate. From the lanky arms that lacked any muscle, the skin that could and would cut so easily against literally anything, the weakness in the voice, the coughing and weak lungs that required a tube shoved down her throat each night, the back that grew so weak it began to bend in on itself. Not only was is painful for her, it was painful for everyone.
A lot of people are surprised you're still alive and functioning. To be honest, you can live quite a while. My mom died in her early forties. You have time, but it's going to get worse. Hospital visits will become a natural monthly routine. You'll find something to distract yourself with from the pain. For my mom, it was cleaning and walks. For you, it just may be clothes.
She also had a mother, who knew what she was struggling with and instead promoted and encouraged her anorexic behaviors.
Again, I hope you're doing well. Just know its not too late, and there are people who can and will support you. You just need to support yourself as well.
I feel sorry for your mother and for what you've been through. I am visiting occasionally this channel to check her health hopping that she is going to recover from anorexia but I don't think that she can see the problem. She is very nice and cute girl I hope she is going to be healthy and happy.

This is a 28 yo woman. why isn't she more independent? I understand looking young for your age, I look young for my age, but I still have friends, relationships, life experiences. I was like her once, and now with help, adjusting to adult life, and it was due to severe childhood trauma. And I am not saying this is her reason, but it sure makes sense. I am in therapy and out living my life, but I am still like a teen in a much older body. It is a very tough road to travel. My hope is she breaks free of whatever this is and decides getting professional help is a good option.
It's because her mom forces her to live like this, encourages her to put her body online for the attention and money.
