    Yin Yoga is a slow practice that focuses on deep stretching and prolonged holds of poses, encouraging the release of tightness and blockages in the body. During this session, you’ll be gently guided into various postures that specifically target the muscles along the spine, helping to increase flexibility and release any trapped energy.
    You won’t need any props aside from a yoga mat or a carpeted surface. Modifications and adjustments are offered to suit all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis.

    I’ve been struggling with stiff hips & lower back pain for a few weeks, stress related mostly, but also a lot of intense cycling (to get the stress out) and I did this 2 nights ago & while I initially had a hard time getting off the floor, the next morning my back was 90% better & no pain, sore legs IT bands but felt so much better!! thank you so much! Zive just done it again after cycling this afternoon, looking forward to waking with no pain again! 🙏

    Previously suffered with severe, debilitating lower back pain for a very long time. Have done yoga for many years and credit it with almost completely eliminating the discomfort. Being I'm not currently having any problems, initially opted to pass on this video but decided to check it out for my daily morning yin practice. Really nice sequence! Appreciated the subtle music. Chose to do banana during savasana as well as a move I learned years ago: in supine butterfly, use the abs to assist with rolling around the edges of the sacrum. Helps to limber the pelvis, lower back. Followed this video with my own 25-min slow flow. Always look forward to your new videos. :)

    I took this class for heavy legs and ended with the legs on the wall I felt my feet tingling and had an emotional release in half saddle. In figure 4 I feel more strecth with only the foot on the knee and had to scoop back on the left side. Thx❤😊❤.

    Some of the poses were a bit challenging for me but I'm glad I stuck around till the end because my lower back hasn't felt this good in ages! Very relaxing practice, thank you! 💗

    I did this class yesterday because my low back has been quite painful lately. It felt looser after the class, but today I woke up with none of the pinching nerve pain and only a little stiffness! The best my back has felt in weeks! I also really enjoyed the gentle warm up stretches before the yin poses - that was great! Kind of like your somatic yin classes that I love so much (please make more of those - the long ones especially - 60 min is the BEST)
