I like that the UFC is doing these tribute videos for fighters last fights now
The ones they like anyways lol
B4 she back to kitchen
@@DavidBenson2yeah only her and robbie so far i think.
they need to tribute my homie Rampage Jackson
@@terminatordfghfdghe's been gone forever. That doesn't make sense.
Her crying into Joes shoulder was a beautiful moment
Joe was HARD 🍆
Joe is a great man
It was but........ her husband was 3 feet away...
@@Gizmetti she has cte you think she remembered ?
Joe was holding back the tears too
I really like when the UFC does this sort of thing. That quick 2-3 minute tribute video obviously means so much to the fighter. It also gives them the proper send off.
Dana better give this woman a farewell bonus or atleast offer her an analyst job.
@@lilakscy dana: megan olivi come into my office ...cause you're fckng fired! lol
@@vincentvega5686 😂😂😂
impartial with Megan so wouldn’t bother me, and Michelle would know how to interview the athletes having been one and break down fights.
Ya not great after watching get abused for 15 min.
@@Deltron6060always one.. smfh.. stop being miserable.. just some advice..
Michelle - I have been a huge fan for 9 years! 🎉 Will miss you - enjoy your life! ❤❤❤
Michelle's size would really lend itself to Atomweight - she's small for Strawweight and had an uphill battle to climb as the division became more competitive. She fought well, has an amazing spirit, and is truly a pioneer in WMMA.
She’s definitely fighting people much bigger than her in the UFC. She was Invicta atom weight champ but the UFC doesn’t have that division. She definitely could’ve been UFC champ for a bit if that weren’t the case.
@@chrisaguilar1410Agreed.
The UFC should have had her fighting in her proper weight class from the beginning.
She was undersized in almost every fight she had and STILL made a great showing.
Yeah. I mean, they should have let her fight children. I'm sure she'd dominate.
As a Dad, this got me teared up😥 Win or lose, I'd want my daughter to chase greatness...greatness is going for it every day. I just want her to be a high-level human💯
She was 1 of the people leading the way for Karate users in the UFC. With her, Stephan Thompson, and Lyoto Machida, they showed how effective it could be. Congrats on a good career and enjoy retirement
Let's be honest she sucked
Cannot be that effective going 6-9.
@@randybradley4151 what's your record?
Karate Users? Lol.
If u consider kempo, shotokan as karate, I can make my own style right now and claim its karate.
@@agentcodybanx8909what’s your record?
A REAL FIGHTER. Thanks for everything.
No, it fake

Why?
then you're not a grown man
Emotional man

I as well
One of my all time favorites! First introduced to Michelle by Mayhem Miller on "Bully Beatdown", followed ever since. She was an Atom-weight, 105 lb champion before moving to the UFC 115 lb division. So fun to watch, unbelievably skilled, fighting bigger opponents her entire UFC run. 😢 will be missed❤
Her atomweight championship win against Jessica Penne in Invicta is still one of the best & most gutsy performances I've ever seen in an MMA fight.
Great career congratulations.
CM Punk needs a tribute video. 🐐
Losing twice don't deserve no video😂
9 billion people in the world and only 2 have managed to beat CM PUNK the GOAT 🐐@@AlexejCrescini
These comments will never get old
@@AlexejCrescinibro she’s 1-7 in her last 8 fights they should have told her keep the gloves and get the F out the cage the next fight is ready and your wasting time!!
Thank you for what you have done for Women UFC. I have enjoyed watching you fight. Good luck!
One of a kind, I'll really miss her xxx
im not tearing up you r i akways watched her fight she a warrior
fight is not shown on youtube.
Her husband is a very good man
nah
Going to really really miss you Michelle! All the best to you and to your family! You are an pioneer in this sport! You will never be forgotten!!
I’m so happy they are making these send off videos. I hope they keep it going as often as they can.
Why? She is 1-7 since 2019, should have retired years ago.
@@stitch438 what does her record over the last few years have to do with what I said?
“What am I if I’m not fighting” 😭😭😭😭😭😭
The UFC doesn’t do those tribute videos when a fighter retires very often. Huge respect to the Karate Hottie and an amazing career.
Some fighters are unsure when to retire and decide last minute. Even though she had a terrible record she seemed to have a lot of potential but never evolved to compete with more well rounded fighters and grapplers but she tried her best. The tribute was a surprised.
I loved her style and attitude ❤❤❤
Thank you
Great fighter much love.
one of my favorites
Man this made me emotional. She is my idol.
It sucks that she wasn’t more successful in the UFC. She has such a likeable personality and I always enjoyed watching her fighting style. I hope she finds more success in retirement.
God bless. Wish you all the best. Your best journey has just began, being momma and and wife.
She's amazing good job great career. No shame in hanging it up. Thank you for doing you
All the very best from Portugal 🇵🇹 ❤
Great lady. Her videos on stances, boxing and throwing kicks are really good for beginners, or just those interested in a crash course in combat movement. She’s a great person. She can enjoy her family now and enjoy the fruits of her labor and sacrifices over the years. God bless her.
Thank you Michelle
Much love from Thailand
Thank you for all the memories
I hope the ufc still checks in on retired fighters when their careers end its a huge adjustment for them and they need pathways or goals after fighting.❤
Sempre a emoção quando se encerra um ciclo , Deus te abençoe em sua nova jornada michelle watsom
I remember seeing her way back in the day on Bully Beat down before she made it big. Watched her entire UFC career. One of my favorite fighters. Sad to see her go. I'm going to miss her.😥
I'll always remember her win over Jessica Penne in Invicta for the atomweight title.
Just a great moment with her post fight speech afterwards.
I love the tribute videos now
Gunna miss her in the UFC - such a great personality and person
We love you Michelle, you’ve given us so many great moments throughout the years. You’ll be truly missed in this sport. Amazing perseverance, Amazing Spirit and confidence and your never quit attitude. This sport will always need someone like you in it
She maid me cry. Well spoken Michelle. God bless you always. Keep moving forward. There is more to life.
Thank you for sharing your UFC career with us! Enjoy life outside the cage ❤

They need to do this for all the fighters who end their careers in the octagon!
Well they need to tell the UFC in advance that they're retiring. 99% of the time, it's a surprise.
Thank you for some good fights will always be a fan💯💪🏽😎☝🏽
I don`t cry easy, but all this retirment interviews make me cry like a little girl. Much love and respect to Michelle. 🤩
I can't stop the tears. 😢
Bravo on a good career will miss her in the ufc
Thank you, Michelle.
Love. Joe's support. Recognizing her husband and daughter and now wanting to be in there corner. Beautiful moment.

Always a fan of Michelle---great role model for any fighter coming up and balancing life. Congrats on a great career!
The only fight of hers I've seen was on Bully Beatdown.
She was 6-9, and and 2-7 since 2019. Good thing she retired while healthy b4 it's too late.
A beautiful fighter, a great role model and always a game opponent. Even though she didn't win the belt, she was beloved by fans.
Crazy having to look like that after your final fight and do this in the octagon right after. This sport will chew you up and almost no one gets a storybook ending.
Great career always enjoyed her fights one of the best congratulations
One of the best cage names ever "karate hottie"
Sounds like some teenage girls screen name in MySpace
Got me in the feels
Best wishes Michelle! Respect! Tough cookie & great warrior. Was hoping she went out on a win but she's had plenty of spectacular performances to remember her by. ❤
My daughter became a 3rd degree black belt in Krav Maga... and always loved watching Michelle. I hope she realizes there are thousands of those young women all over the country.
Krav Maga lol
My daughter is a 9th degree brown belt in bullshido
@@martyfromnebraska1045krav Maga is great for the street, absolutely awful in MMA. Not sure what this op is on about with the belts as there's no belts in krav
That’s not true. There are degree belts in Krav Maga. You probably should look stuff up before stating something as fact. That’s what I did.

Thank you for everything Michelle you are a warrior and a hall of famer you're one of my favorite athletes 😎💪
Hall of famer?! Please pass whatever you are smoking. I would love to enjoy my day off with whatever you are partaking in.
Her striking is sick. That quote about becoming the fire 🔥 was so gangster…
“The difference between then and now is, I found my fire, and it’s burning deep in my soul and I’m letting it take over my body, and I have become the fire, and it’s just catching on to everything else around me” goes too hard!
Loved watching her punch and kick air for 15mins straight
I remember watching her before the UFC . Thinking when are they gunna pick her up. Her debut. Can't believe it's been 9 years.
God, shes such an outstanding human being
Legend. God bless

Man that was really emotional. I have two emotional words for Michelle Gomez's UFC career- ABSOLUTELY AVERAGE!
Her kicks though 😮
Thanks Miss Waterson!! Great warrior!
Expect the same result but the big difference between the Alex and Jiri's two fights was that the first was early stoppage and the second was late stoppage. Chama!
her husband shook his head when she said he sacrificed his dreams cos he got to live his dream by being beside her
Nothing but respect 🫡
Michelle embodies the words female warrior! In her spirit, character and physique.
