what invoice identifier can i use if i just want a particular invoice to upload to Airtable? we have different invoice templates for each department. so i dont want everyones invoice, just a certain invoice type. also i got stuck at 4:10, my webhook was not returning the invoice ID from xero
How would you identify that invoice belongs to you? Options are: - Based on a customer? Add step searching for customer in Airtable -> if found add to Airtable - Based on tracking category? If matches your category -> add to Airtable - Based on text content present in the line item description? - Based if that invoice was created by you - because if it was created by you directly from Airtable - you could save the invoice ID already there during Invoice creation.
Thank you! I need to download all invoices starting from 1 Jan 2020 but if I choose bullet point "All" - it provides invoices only from Feb 2023, if I choose bullet "choose manually" - from Jul 2022. Is there a way to fetch all invoices from Jan 2020?

I would use the "Select date" - the calendar there will let you pick a date
