Phenomenal video man, it’s so surprising to me that out of all the characters BERTRUM got a model, not Daisy, not Derek, not smudger, not D261, BERTRUM. I really like his model, and I’m glade he’s not just a Duke repaint lol, Great job 🙌❤️

I got a Bertram from a variety mall back in March 31st, 2022 for only 99 cents! Didn’t come with the tender though, but still happy to own him.
Good thing I bought this model for a decent price on eBay years ago! Great review btw!
good video btw, i heard daisy was planned for tm1 but she wasnt released cuz the people at hit toys didnt know if they should have sold her with rolling stock or not

you could take the face of betram put on rheneas paint rheneas green and you’ll have a custom smudger.
It really surprises me that Bertram of all characters got a model but hey I'm not complaining. I'm glad they gave him some changes so he wouldn't just be a Duke repaint despite being just that in the show

Bertram is just Smudger in disguise.
I remember buying both him and duke in wal mart back around 2010 maybe 2009ish, best decision of my life tbh
I like how you can see some cancelled items on the back
Oh btw, the rarest item ever is the plarail Gold Thomas, because he's never seen on eBay, and he actually was from a Thomas fair as a lottery item, and only a handful were made, around 10 according to some Thomas collectors

Think it’s fair to say between Angry Gordon tomy Douglas and Bertram Douglas is one of the toughest engines to get on his own angry Gordon is sometimes common on eBay and Bertram can sometimes be easy to get for a good price
