First of all thank you for all your videos. I have a doubt regarding breakfast skipping . Now I am following 16: 8 intermittent fasting. I eat my meal after 12 PM. I like to follow this schedule for my lifetime . So I like to know the pros and cons about this . Does this lifestyle will be good for us . What is the age limit(upper and lower) .
