The first Spartan exercise is a service receive.
No more clear!
Let's practice a straight push to score a chance!

1. How to participate
Watch the weekly practice exercises uploaded every Monday and post your practice videos on the Battlecock Cafe bulletin board.
(Upload Bulletin: Battlecock Event-Sparta Lesson)
* When shooting video, you must digest the minimum set mentioned in the weekly practice video *
2. How to draw
At the end of each month, I followed the practice video hardest and I picked up two people to participate in the Spartan lesson.
-Lesson Location & Time: Bulamsan Gym / Tuesday or Thursday / 2pm
* If you do not have time on weekdays, we will coordinate with your coach to match the time and place as much as possible *
If you upload a video, we can give you feedback on the operation.

앞발은 왜 앞이 아니라 옆으로 해야하는지 설명 가능할까요

동영상 보면 뒤로 나가기편해야 하기 때문 이라고 하네요

롱서비를 대비하기 위해서 발 모양으로 옆으로 하는것이구요. 발 모양을 일자가 아닌 옆으로 했을 때 몸을 효율적으로 빠르고 멀리 스텝을 밟을 수 있습니다.
