LEMON CRINKLE COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp vanilla flavor with a drop of yellow food color
Powdered sugar for coating
Mix all ingredients as shown on the video.
Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
Bake at preheated 350F for 15-18 mins or until the sides are little bit brownish.
