I wish you would show the adapter you used. Did you buy the adapter from them?
The faucet is stuck in the bowl lid/cover for me. Have you tried to disassemble yours? It works, I just want to take it all apart for deep clean.
We take it apart to clean as well, easy to do, let me know if you have any issues
At this point in my life, I wouldn't expect any product to come with a USB adapter, nor would I want one! I have tons of them from over the years, from 1a, 2a, 3a fast charge, super fast charge, mains powered hub with 6x USB ports and fast charge, USB on my PC, USB on my TV etc etc. No need for them to be included with every product IMO.

Save us all some valuable time and read the manual BEFORE you create a youtube video! So many things, you initially did wrong including not even knowing how to begin fitting the parts together, how to direct the pump at the bottom of the bowl, etc....geez

I am one person doing my videos, you do not need to watch my videos, but unless you have constructive criticism, you should keep your criticism to yourself. Or you do a better job, & show us all our errors, not say, but show. Note: the manual that came with the device was better used to start a fire in my fireplace than to be used as a manual.
