If you can be charged for crime as an adult, you should be able to vote. Authorities need to establish a legal age and stick to it.
The voting age in the Scottish Parliament is 16 which is ridiculous.
No I don’t think it should be lowered, however there should be a maximum voting age.
Why?

No way. You pass your high school final exam at 18 in order to go to University. This should be the minimum voting age everywhere in Europe.
