    People. Don't always look at the fitness part. Instead, think about this:
    You get a beautiful piece of technology at your wrist that shows time, weather and so on,
    You don't have to look on your phone to read messages,
    You can set timers without needing to leave the kitchen because your phone is in the living room...
    For 25 bucks. 25 BUCKS!
    And come on, who needs games or an app store if you have a 100 times more powerful phone right in your pocket? I believe this thing makes most sense out of all the smart wearables out there, and it doesn't cost as much as a good phone.

      That’s what I was thinking when I bought mine. I used to be a fan of Pebble but even those weren’t so cheap. Since Pebble died at the hands of Fitbit I’ve been looking for a cheap alternative but all smartwatches are so expensive, are big and have terrible battery life.
      This one is perfect for me, a watch that shows time, basic notifications, weather and it runs for a week or two in a single charge, even without considering the fitness features is great at the asked price. It’s even cheaper than many decent regular watches.

    Are you guys serious ? This band costs $35 ??? I actually have a Mi Band two and after switching from a Polar Pulse which cost me $79 US as compared to the $20 Mi Band 2 I was totally blown away comparing the two and comparing toma comercial blood pressure gauge that measures pulse as well the results are phenomenal .The pace measurement is bang on and the sleep app is very accurate . I absolutely find the Mi Band 2 app very easy to use and PS there is a third party app that lets you do measure constant pulse rate and a few other things .From what i can see the Mi Band 3 is even better so it's a easy buy .I have absultely no complaints about this $20 watch or would I have over the $34 Mi Band 3 . You get a very good deal here and I myself and willing to overlook some of the minor faults for this great tool .

  • @piyushmittra
    @piyushmittra Před 6 lety

    Okay here's a short review. So I own both the Mi band 2 and 3 and here's the difference. It's perfect to wear it on your wrist if you want a constant notification tracker. The activity tracking isn't accurate like the band 2 (Maybe updates will solve it). Heart rate monitor works a little better than the previous one. My s8 heart tracker is always spot on though. So if you already got a s8, s9, note or any high end Samsung phone with all the sensors, s-health is far more accurate and intuitive but it'll only be helpful if you can jog while having your phone in your pocket. Overall for this price, it's quite a nice digital wrist watch and doesn't hurt to have one.

    First of all, thank you so much for this review. Second of all, question; how accurate is it on the sleeping end? the original Mi band didn't detect waking minutes/hours during nights particually good. Secong question, and not something you guys normally deals with. The original Mi band could sync up with the apple health-app, do you know if the Mi band3 can do that? And finally, on the original Mi band there were an exercise function you could use if your exercise wasn't running or cycling, has there been an update to that, so that it has that feature now?

I almost put it back in the box before a CZcams video clued me to changing the Heart rate interval in the Mi Fit App. My one frustration is when scrolling to Heart rate on the Band it does not display the last measurement taken even if its collected every minute! I have owned multiple Mi Bands 1 & 2 and I can definitely tell you they don't last. They have a tendency to first have an issue with the charging mechanism and then I think it's the sweat that kills it. Multiple bands not just 1.
