@@meredithmarsh I mean when it comes to the editing side. Can I grab clips etc using the underlord options. Also editing out the filler words. Does this stay in sync with what’s on the screen?
Hi Meredith, I work on PC with a Sony mirrorless camera connected via elgato camlink as my video camera. Do you know how I can use my camera in Descript? I have had a look at the list in Descript and most of the alternatives for connecting are listed as unsupported eg. Irun, Sony Edge, etc. Any suggestions? BTW love watching your videos they are so helpful
@@brunybearart thanks! Unfortunately I don’t know of an alternative. I’ve been recording with ecamm or Tella and editing in descript. I hope they bring back support because some of the stuff on the unsupported list are pretty basic!

Descript makes editing seem so simple
I am thinking about using Descript to record my videos. Does underlord work and sync ok when you record both screen and face?

@@DarrenM oh yes it stays in sync when you edit! Because it’s bundled together in its own sequence. And works with underlord, yes. Test it out!
