I think Kenneth Kendall stating the person was 81, was referring to the death of en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_P._Kennedy_Sr.and obviously from the date of death advised would have been from 18/11/1969

Thames were still showing “COLOUR PRODUCTION” endcaps as recently as 1989!
