4 cup rice ( 750 g )
1 kg chicken
2 TSP salt
1 TSP chili powder
2 TSP coriander powder
1/2 TSP turmeric powder
1 TSP garam masala
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup oil
2 inch cinnamon sticks
1 TSP black pepper
4-5 green cardamom
1 cup onion
1 cup buffalo milk/ coconut milk
coriander leaves
mint leaves
green chillies
Chutney:
3 tomatoes
5-6 green chillies
coriander leaves
garlic paste 1/2 tsp
salt 1 tsp
lemon juice 1/2

This tasted amazing. It was the best one-pot rice dish I've ever tried. I used sella rice, and it worked perfectly. I only used 3 tsp of salt for the rice and it was enough for me. Thanks!
