That's great. Not getting verified is one thing, but losing it is worse. Seeing a channel lose the verified status would basically tell your brain that the channel have done somthing bad. So it's good YT changed their minds about this.

âą People sometimes duplicate channels (copy name, banners, avatars, reupload videos, etc.) and they often get a shocking amount of traffic. Removing verified from channels makes it _easier_ for that to happen. đ€Š âą The question is whether the roll-back applies only to channels that are already verified or if the new requirements (being famous outside of CZcams) still applies to small/new/future channels. đ€
The verified badge doesn't make that harder though. They can still do it and anyone who fell for it will fall for it if there is a tick or not as they are unlikely to even see the original channel's videos. And even if it did why should it only be those on 100k subs? How is it fair that you might get a legit well respected and renowned person from say Science who only has 50k subs and has someone else impersonating them and stealing their videos who gets no protection yet just because someone who has no prominence outside of their channel and no base of knowledge or experience gets it.

Do/might you have any interest in doing something like that on youtube? I like downloading videos from youtube using newpipe on my Android phone, or I could use the youtube-dl gui (I use Linux but I try to avoid the terminal whenever possible)

Not only do I enjoy watching your content, but I really hope that you can get your OBS setup back online soonish as I (and I think many of your fans) really miss the morning coffee streams. I'm gonna take a wild guess and say that CZcams has only reinstated certification for whoever lost it due to the update without actually changing anything else. Maybe go look for someone who was never certified and see what he/she has to do to get certification? CZcams knows the game they're playing, since no one hurts them financially, no matter how much shit they shove at content creators that still get passed under the covers. CZcams hasn't rolled back layout changes nobody wanted, some CZcams Hero features, community and advertiser guidelines, bot reviewing of flagged content (you'll only maybe get an actual human to review your content if you are a large channel), issues related to video notifications (often you'll see videos from years ago suggested and marked as new in your right column) and so on. CZcams has not done anything other than what they wanted to do.
"The system actually works!" is something you should hear when referring to government bureaucracy, not a corporation. They (big tech) have gotten so embedded in society that they seem like government bodies where users have to appeal to them to not be assholes.
Jerry as a big CZcamsr driving his Subaru Impreza and not switching to some Tesla is one of the main reasons why I'm subscribed to this man. =) Edit: nothing wrong with a Tesla. But there's no motorsport heritage to that.

Avoid scams by video calling the one who claims he / she is the one you are looking for! Satellite phone maybe for emergencies?

I have grandkids who watch your videos, and I try to teach them not to text, talk on the phone, or anything that would take their attention away from driving. I have a dear friend that was crashed into by someone texting while driving (yes, it is illegal in my state). You could have waited to livestream the news after you arrived at your destination. I would like you to live another day!
i think youtube turned back not because of the creators, but because of companies that supported youtuber X didn't know if that youtuber was a fake so the companies also complained to youtube. remember that you needed to link your gmail to youtube and everybody was mad? ...they didn't do shit about that

If they want to be fair when you get first strike (that you likely going to win anyway and get removed) shouldn't be extremely detrimental to your account as they changed it to this year an jurk reaction strike that was illegal should be transferred to the person who issued the false dmca take down as punishment Companys like the verge would get removed from CZcams right away (as they issued multiple take downs for that poor build PC )

Since WIN10 is changing and evolving with every new update I have a wish for updating on the spying deal, quite important and rumors say that the buildt in VPN is not to be trusted either and that defeats the purpose and seems to be another of MS's scams, so if you don't mind doing an update I would be happy, probably others too I think :)

Since WIN10 is changing and evolving with every new update I have a wish for updating on the spying deal, quite important and rumors say that the buildt in VPN is not to be trusted either and that defeats the purpose and seems to be another of MS's scams, so if you don't mind doing an update I would be happy, probably others too I think :)
