This is a Requiem and a Memorial for all of the Nameless (playable) heroes and heroines in Castlevania whom we will never see again on console. Lords of Shadow 2 was the epic conclusion of the series and probably the end of the Castlevania Franchise and this song foreshadows the end of it. Here are the names of the fallen heroes...

I can't help but feel actual nostalgia as I listen to this song and swipe my phone to read this comment as a staff roll. Then out of nowhere Simon and Richter are playable on Smash! And there's Requiem co.ing out this month as well as a second season to a Netflix Castlevania cartoon. We can at least hope now, 3 years ago this post wild have me in years, note, I'm actually hopeful. Have at you, fellow hunters! Tis is a terrific night to have a curse.
Just came here after watching the episode 7 from the netflix series, and find this.... I barely got over it, but hell no, Internet still meaning to make me cry like a baby
Yeah, Castlevania is still relevant, if anything I think more people are going to discover the franchise and this music. I don't know if I have faith in Konami to make another good castlevania game

@@cgyh68748 John's life force was taken away from him by vampire killer which led to him dying from his wounds just like his father, Eric died while watching his daughters being turned into vampires by his murderer and his ghost was trapped inside the castle walls.
Truly some of the saddest deaths in the entire franchise...
John perished and taught his son to treat the whip with care, and to trust in his own strength, making Johnathon a stronger more confident fighter.
Eric further trained the boy and Charlotte, and under his guidance a cure for Vampirism was found, curing his daughters and fully awakening the Vampire Killer to a Warrior who treated the holy weapon with respect.
Yes the men perished, but the lessons they tought lived on till the day Dracula was defeated for good

For those who have not been informed yet it is confirmed the Video Game Designer for Castlevania/Akumajou Dracula Koji Igarashi has stepped down from Konami a year ago and which hints no more Castlevania from this day forward from Konami...
***** Well if Koji Igarashi remakes Castlevania with the former Konami Influence and continues with the Symphony of the Night concept, I hope he does it the game has real I mean REAL effects. For Example the Weakness/Tolerance feature FIRE the enemy catches on fire, ICE the enemy Freezes one hit, they shatter, THUNDER the enemy gets electrocuted and turns into something that would look like an OSHA recordable, WIND/SLASH the enemy bleeds to death, EARTH/STRIKE the enemy gets crushed or shattered to pieces, LIGHT/HOLY the enemy glows white and disappears, and DARKNESS/SHADOW the enemy gets consumed by the darkness and swallowed into the void. Oh and one other feature if it involves Dracula since he's a vampire... HAVE FUCKING ENEMIES THAT WOULD BE SOME OF DRACULA'S VICTIMS WHO HAVE TURNED INTO VAMPIRES WHERE THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO BITE AND TURN YOU INTO A VAMPIRE, NOT JUST A BATTLE AT THE END OF THE GAME, I MEAN A WHOLE SWARM AND HORDE OF VAMPIRES THE KIND YOU WOULD SEE IN Quintin Tarantino's/Robert Rodriguez' "FROM DUSK TILL DAWN" John Carpenter's "VAMPIRES" "QUEEN OF THE DAMNED" "UNDERWORLD," DON'T JUST FOLLOW THE "BRAM STOKER'S DRACULA" CONCEPT! Thanks to Iga, the shadow of the castle looms over the world once again. Just like always in a different time, place, and in a different shape, but this time in a different universe and with a new name and origins. None the less the great evil castle will always draw in new adventures and hero to conquer it and it's master.

Search for Dracula Battle albums. Dracula Battle I & II Perfec Selection. You can find them even on CD, but they´re pretty hard to find and expensive.
