Barolong Boo Seleka wants control Batswana land in Thaba Nchu

The community of Barolong Boo Seleka in Thaba Nchu, Free State is seeking to restore the ownership of their land. The Barolong, together with AfriForum will use the Upgrading of Land Tenure Rights Act to request the Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs to transfer ownership of the traditional community's land to the community. They say currently the state is the custodian of the land on behalf of traditional communities. Barolong Boo Seleka want to take control of the Batswana land in Thaba Nchu.
