    A Sindhi preparation, singhar ji mithai is a popular sweet made of unsalted sev (singhar) mixed and cooked with sugar syrup, milk, khoya and food colour. Perfect to prepare at home easily with simple ingredients on festive occasions. It is something that is sure to cure all your sweet tooth cravings!
    Mava - 120 gms
    Sev - 100 gms
    Sugar - 100gms
    Water - 1/4 Cup
    Milk. - 200 ml
    Yellow Food Colour - few drops
    Ghee - 2 spoon
    Almond, Cashews and Pistachios Flakes - 2 spoon
    Saffron - 8 - 10 strain soaked in milk
    Cardamom Powder - 1 Tsp
    1.Boil sugar and water on medium flame till sugar melts.
    2.Add milk, let it boil then add khoya mix well. Add saffron milk, cardamom powder & pinch of food colour.
    3. Add sev and mix lightly. Cook the mixture while stirring continuously on high flame until it has the desired consistency
    4.Remove from the flame and spread it in a greased tray/thali.
    5.Garnish with almonds, cashews, pistachio flakes and let it cool for sometime.
    6. Cut into pieces and serve.
