An addiction I haven't given up since I was 15 years old: Ramones! Forever and ever one of my favorite bands, and it was with Brain Drain that it all started on February 4th, 2001. Absolute masterpiece!

I still thank my old friend Jon B for putting me on to good music in redneck north carolina lol 😆 I came back 2 years later tho and visited him and he was a scene kid and I was into nirvana and the shins and of montreal and animal collective and was weirded out that he was into the scene kid emo screamo stuff still got love for the kid but yea lol

Lendário. Como essa banda faz falta. Todos os integrantes tinham muito a acrescentar. Isso é raríssimo de se ver em grupos musicais. Sempre um ou outro que se destaca, porém os RAMONES sempre foram diferentes. Todos os integrantes eram de verta forma únicos.

because it was such a commercial success tied to the mainstream the 'real' punks tend to discard this as selling out or whatever... I love the RAMONES and I'm glad they did what they did. And I don't think they get rated highly enough. Many, many people still say what they did was easy etc.... jealous hearted... sad people. R.A.M.O.N.E.S.! RAMONES!

This one's not even in the running for their heaviest but Halfway to Sanity is, and it's badass.
That’s how they sounded live, even louder and more heavier then this. Your ears would ring for days, even their slower songs got brutalized live. Even Motörhead were impressed.
