There will be three or four assessments for both roles. You'll find plenty of videos on CZcams that cover each of these assessments. Search for them and try solving the questions on your own. The more you practice, the better you'll understand the process to ace the main interview. Also, work on your communication skills and stay confident during your personal interview. Bro, Private colleges to bahut sare hai, you can choose whichever you want based on the placement record and your pocket. But at the end try to build your skills, q ki college kitna bhi acha ho, placement thumare skills pe hi hongi.

Yes, for that you have to clear that SQL round test after primers. Only then you’ll be able to switch into PADA role.
