If the vagus nerve or other nervous system is broken/not functioning as it should, it will affect organs, muscles, breathing system and also creates tremendous emotional pain and anxiety, I use alcohol to numb the pain. This aspect of addiction can't be healed by imagination of chanelling energy in a basket.
That^^^ is just ONE aspect of addiction. There's many more aspects we have to deal and heal.
It's many reasons why a person is addicted, many aspects of addiction. From my own realization I've understand that one has to know thyself and one's addiction deeply to free oneself.

I am so desperatly needing help and support. I really wanted me and my husband to do it together because he is the only person I truly have here in the physical, he's also the one who got me addicted. I can't get him to care about me or the situation he's put me in and continues to only hurt me through and very childishly at the least. He wants to do H and hang with all kinds of bad influences instead of coming together to be a power couple like I thought we were, so seeing that we aren't and weren't the whole time it was a one sided feeling. I'm sure he'll find someone else to do it with just to keep the credit from me when it's not a competition and he keeps treating us like we are you instead of wanting to turn a bad situation that feels very low and guilty into a beautiful strong connection that would have probably been unbreakable. I just can't believe him. He's really left me in such a low place when as much as I loved and believed in him he really owed that to me/ our bond and marriage but whatever I'll go through this alone too. I know I have support from y'all it's just sometimes expecially when you really don't have that person to hold you when your scarred. I'm feeling so let down and depressed that it's hard to not just want to give up on myself like the one I loved more than anything did. Please continue to pray for me and help me not focus on the darkness I have felt and seen of him because he really does have this demon that is actually there and I've never seen it in anyone else before ..his demon is tourchering both of us and with that and his friends combined he absolutely will not do this with me...but idk if he will for himself. I know he wouldn't want to have to do this alone if anything about us was important to him you'd think he would. I don't understand. How can he not be done?? He's been a 20 yr plus addict and his demon is getting the best of him and tried to get the best of me. I just had to block him. Please allow me to find a partner to help pull me through this someone that I can make a wonderful life saving bond with and be so thankful for Lord God please!!! I pray for Joshua too, even tho it's going to hurt to know he gave someone else the opportunity to be his confidon when I was supposed to be his and he was supposed to be mine. Please help my heart understand and forgive .

I have very much so been a night owl the last few years. Mostly because i have been uncomfortable around too many people.
Feeling stuck, helpless, and hopeless..i have been stuggling with what i am feeling is the beginning of a gift. With that, calling the therapist has been a struggle as not many understand my position....it has been a long long few years. So much heartache and loneliness. Even when i wasnt alone, i was alone. Not having anyone to tell the incredible things i see because they wont understand the amusement and might be afraid of it.
PS. The oracle cards i made via channeled messaged years ago are on plain white cards. I pulled "not many can do what youve done. Step back and acknowledge your strength".

I have asked and received help for what I am dealing with and although I am not in the place of suicidal ideation at this point I have been before and I send out prayers to those who are. I am coming confidently out of a dark night and bringing every gift I have gathered in the dark forth into the light to share in ways that I can I have been targeted by dark forces for so long. I am a messenger also. I struggled for a long time with this because everyone I delivered a message to sent mr back negativity. I had cracks in my aura and was transmuting all this negativity. Unfortunately it all turned into trauma due to chronic illness from a backflow in the chakra. It took me to a very deep dark place where my sensory became over active to help dig me out of the hole. This was a blessing and a curse, as my emotional and pain body feĺt excruciating . The blessing was I felt all the intersensory energetic body to identify and heal those trauma before it caused disease. Not sure why I am channeling this message . I had a visual image of the bow separate from the arrow today. I was close to following through with my end of life plan today. Instead, I had come across a CZcams Family Estrangement/Scapegoating Video that woke me up. I don't know what came over me, but I stood up for myself to my Mother in a text. Next I sent the video to both brothers and told them it wasn't their fault, I loved them and forgave them. I have not seen them in 10 years, but the harm still continues. I suffer from so much from my childhood, alone, and hold the blame. Everything has been taken from me, even my child. My mother and father are pure darkness.

Thank you for sharing. I’ve struggled with suicidal thoughts since I was a child. I had a very bad low a couple months ago and I felt an extremely powerful divine intervention where I felt completely surrounded by light. Ive never had an experience quite like that. I was financially supported by family and friends to get me out of the place I was in and have been healing and resting since surrounded by people who love me. I have been praying a lot for help because there has still been a lot of darkness, thank you for sharing. This is very encouraging

I am so grateful to have found your channel. I love how the messages hit so differently fer everyone. Sending so much love to any and all who might find themselves struggling. I too have been there. I'm writing a story based on my fantastical journey of self transformation. The characters are about to go through the darkness and I've been distracting myself from writing it... I just went through deep grief that's still tender on the edges. I know I'll have to feel it all again to get through to the rainbow at the end. Tinges of guilt from not heeding the signs and energetic pull to call a friend 3 dayz before he exited this plane prematurely, still seep through. Thank you Erin, it resonated on many levels. We are loosing our loved horses right now and it is very hard, i have been asking for help and been doubting both spirit and my self even though spirit time after time has been giving me signs that they are present. It is hard to se that there is a meaning in something so painful. And I also got more proof of that they are helping me even if it is not in the way i would like it to look right now.

And I every time tried to rise again.
Which was sometimes extremely hard . ( crying a lot, wanting to die)

Because I suffer from loneliness.
I did a lot of work, I try every day to aaply self love.
Self lové is working.
But I always say: “ a Little bit alone is ok, but not day after day and week after week and …”
I suffer from something psychic.
So I don’t work.
So I do not meet much people and I don’t easily go outside. ( due to disorder obsessive compulsive - I havé to verify too much when I go out My appartment)

I was in a very dark place on my path three years ago and in few moments the ""finish it all" though come to my mind during that process. I claimed my angels for help, and I receive this words: "If you choose the escapism, youre choosing to repeat the whole story again". I remember I said: "Heck no, this shit hurst so much"
When I surrender that though and asked for direction, next couples of weeks my social media was bombarded by all types of therapist talking about move on from the state I was because I dont have a dime to paid a professional therapist but I know I have an army of angels that support me at any time. I know this time is so harsh and painful, I know you feel that you dont have what it gets to walk through, that you are alone with your pain in the darkness and isolation, but you are not, the beauty of the thing is that you dont need to have it all, the only thing you need to have is the will to allow your angels show you the way and give you the answers you need. You are so much loved. Stay here, you can make it! ❤

Thank you for confirming they I was heard. Even though I didn't doubt that God heard me, it REALLY HELPS IMMENSELY to get the verbal confirmation! I also want to give this message to someone.
