Instructions are on the Removing the Violence Handout(This can be handed out, but it is also for you)
Each participant should receive the “100 Ways” PDF.
They should listen to the video and be prepared to circle the 5 they will choose to remove the violence from their life while listening to the video.
Afterwards choose 2 participants to discuss their 5.
Depending on the time, choose 2 others to discuss any creative ideas that were not listed on the 100.
