Girl after SIX different times of having constant oil leaks and going back and forth with the oil change places. I am NOW taking matters into my own hands THANK YOU for this!!!
I never thought about putting the car onto wooden blocks to get more clearance for the jack. Ty for the idea! And I liked that you said the tool sizes and included where things were. ✨️ Thank you!
This is awesome! A lot of people don’t know how to change their oil actually, and several of us didn’t have parents who took the time to teach us or care. I’ll be on the lookout for the back yard renovation
Wow very informative! Thank you. I usually let the oil just hit the floor and slide down into the road but I'll start using the drip pan. Thank you so much!
I highly recommend, especially with cars that have the oil filter on top of the engine, to get an oil extractor when doing oil changes. Its super easy and you dont have to jack up the car and take any bolts off!
Informative and to the point. Love the little tips and hints. This is a great video and good job servicing your own vehicle. More ladies need to be like you.
Good one! Please use jack stands or ramps while working under the car. These jack lifts may not be very safe. Even with ramps, i felt claustrophobic when I got under my Jetta lol...
Does your car not have a copper nut that goes back on the oil nut when you tighten it back up? 2015 passat limited edition 1.8t has to buy and replace that ring every oil change

It’s actually easy to fix these cars, if u or mechanic has good tools.
Mine had the same problem of oil being spilled I ended up having to do it myself to tighten the bolt of the drain plug to make it stop leaking
