AAC is Autoclaved Aerated Concrete. Autoclave being the key term. They use huge steam chambers and alternate vacuum and pressure in the chamber to cure the blocks. The steel drum method is just heat drying the concrete. I would love to find an AAC manufacturer that would mould and cure sections to build a dome like they do with square block.

How well does Aircrete handle extreme cold temperatures ? Like 40 below zero during the winter .
